Actually, it does say that, on the page right after the end of the comic story; it is on the page with Tahu Nuva surfing, on the right side, in red.
It is probably referring to when the Toa Nuva came to be, and to play the card game, you "reconstruct" them.
But it doesn't mean the Toa Nuva get destroyed!

It means that they will reunite the whole group. This is a guess, I don't have #8.

I don't think LEGO would go as far as to destroy the Toa Nuva, even if they were reconstructed afterwards. But what else could "reconstruct" mean?

I agree with geomancer. I think the game will revolve around bring the Toa Nuva back together after their rift. I really want to see what the Toa are going to fight, especially if it's each other.

i think the game is the toa struggleing to defeat makuta and keeping together as a group maybe the think that they defeated makuta already that he will be a piece of cake

Well, look at the pix. One card shows gali nuva's head and neck and the other shows tahu in exo fighting a bahrag with toa nuva limbs below, meaning it is the toa nuva that need to be reconstructed.
