By the way, I might accept more, but they have to be really good. I mean that. REALLY good. And I don't mean "good" in terms of fighting quality.


And just to gameplay smoother, I might remake the whole engine in 3D. (Right now, it's just 2D with 3D sprites)
However, if I do that, the graphics will be much worse.

And one last thing, this is taking forever. And I mean that because there are 58 chracters. I might cut some, but it'll be hard.

If you absolutely need to, I'll be cut out. I hope you don't have to though.

EDIT: Also, go 2D. At least for the demo to make it come quicker.

Sounds good, at least we'll be able to see what the engine's like.

Fighter Description- HE DOES BAD.
B^ (Does it send you Up? How Far?)- 6 feet
B>- Side Special. Bites stuff that is next to him. Unless it's the opponent, it doesn't do damage to the opponent.
Bv- Down Special. Eats the ground, then spits it on the opponent. If opponent get's hit, minor damage is induced.
B- Special. It's usually chargable. Burps at opponent. If opponent is hit, opponent flies off of the screen.
A- Punches opponent.
A^- Punches upward.
A>- Side kick.
Av- Slices ground.
Smash^- Upward big-hand smash. His hand grows and punches upward.
Smash>- His foot grows and smashes stuff.
Smashv- He stops and makes the screen shake.
Roll quality- Very slowly.
Number of jumps(2 is the normal one)- One.
Jump hight(1-10): VERY LOW.
Grab range- Close combat.
Grab+A- Punch.
Throw ^- Punches.
Throw >- Punches.
Throw v- Punches.
Weight(Light, medium, or heavy)- Heavy.
Final Smash- Closest opponent flies into his stomach.
Speed- Slow.
Attack speed- Fast.

Smash Bros type game already are insanely hard to get right, then there's the sheer number of movies per chaarcter, not to mention using 2D models doesn't speed things up.

Hey! Come on, everybody just wait, I remember when Alg and Lyger made something almost just like this, and I remember almost every other game they made here. It took about a couple months for them to get a demo. Then they would quit it and do something else.
So everybody just go do something else, in another forum, or get a good game to play, or a good book to read, and come back in a few months or a year.

And no, Leppy can not make an Smash bros. game. Not for the reasons you pointed out Kittens, but because he's too lazy.

Leppy is Lazy? Honestly? No.
If that's a statements derrived from his lack o making games, that may have o do with College, the fact he quit BZP and had other projects.
If it's not I don't know whereyou got that impession.
The reason Leppy can't make a Smash bros game isfo the resons I listed, he said so himself when me and Nashu had a Smash Bros game going.
