I dont think so... did you read the Talkback with Greg? cause in there he said that nuhvok was the most dangerous, and might come back sometime i think... its just cause they're underground, and in the comics most of the fighting took place above ground, they didnt have the underground fightscenes

Actually the lehvak are the most dangerous it says so in comic #4 heres what it says
| Quote |
| these then are the swarms of the bohrok. Two you have already encountered kohrak with their icy blasts and the pahrak who could turn mountians to ruble. The treacherouse gahlok. The tahnok who is capable of melting any substance. the powerful nuhvok who lurk below. and most dangerous of all the lehvak whos acid venom can disolve even solid rock. |
see theres proof.

Well, Lego didn't talk about Onua much either, I guess this is the same thing: there should be a lot of mystery when it comes to the 'dark' guys. You live in darkness, you stay in the dark.
50%Off topic: I still think the Nuhvok are the coolest ones!

Yeah but still , at least Onua got Shown a lot , unlike the poor nuhvok , who are pretty much thrown aside , but , still , The nuhvok is the only bohrok i own because the Bohrok were to similar , lets hope the Bohrok Kal dont suffer that fate , and hopefully the Nuhvok Kal will be mentioned more
Bohrok can equal BORE-OK....
LETs hope the Bohrok Kal are better....

Actually, if the bohrok weren't the same, wouldn't it be weird?bI mean, sence they're the same species. All the rahi look different because they're all different species. The Bohrok kal are like the bohrok. they all have the same base design, but each handshield is very different.

my guess would also be that the nuhvok were left out since they are always underground, but wait. what about the update on bionicle.com where the matoran first got the idea for creating the boxor. they were underground, but being chased by gahlok? what the heck are the water bohrok doing underground? wasnt the boxor created from nuhvok parts? personally, i find the nuhvok a lot more threatening than many other bohrok, perhaps they should have been the banner child of the bohrok advertising instead of the tahnok. not everything is cool since it is red.
after some research, there is one instance in the comics that a nuhvok is shown. it is on page 12 of comic 4, during when vakama is telling the toa of all the types of bohrok. all i can think of is that maybe every single nuhvok encountered is beaten up and built into a boxor. and thats why we dont see them everywhere.
hmmmmm nevermind the whole boxor thing. i just found out the original was made from a gahlok.

I like Nuvok best and the're not slow. I think they should've surprised the toa by coming out of the ground while they were already fighting other Bohrok.

I think that the only reason that the Nuhvok didn't appear was because they were underground creatures and the only underground scene was when the Toa were fighting the Bahrag. Not to mention he was shown in comic 4 when Vakama was explaining this to Tahu. It showed Nuhvok jack-hammering through a wall.
And atrealthefallen might have a point. Even though the Boxor's grayish-black and Gahlok is blue, Nuparu may have made the Boxor out of it. Because when you take a mask off a Toa, the mask turns gray. Well, maybe Bohrok parts turn gray, too once you take it apart. But it might take a little time because when Taipu was dancing around with the head shield, it was still blue.

GregF got a bunch of people asking him about this so he said that in the latter comics Nuhvok Kal play a huge role. For instance he said that in comic 11, Nuhvok Kal finishes off Tahu Nuva.

Just because you haven't seen them doesn't mean that they're harmless. The Nuhvok are mentioned in that news article on Bionicle.com about the creatures of Mata Nui getting their habitat destroyed.
They just like to work behind the scenes apparently.

Hey- remember the Bohrok's purpose is to cause destruction- NOT to go around fighting the Toa. Since the Nuhvok are deep underground they can do their jobs much easier since they can't be seen, so therefore they were probably the most succesful Bohrok swarm, causing earthquakes etc. without anyone instantly tracking them

Well I have to agree that they weren't shown much 'cause they were underground, but here's another theory for ya'. Maybe the nuhvok are nocturnal (sp?). You know, active at night, sleep at day... I mean, someone's gotta have the night shift, right?
