Welcome to Silver Avohkii Productions! At this shop we make any BIONICLE-related Banners, Avatars, Personal Pictures, Sign-offs, Blog Seals, Blog welcome signs, and most anything else. However, please make sure that the worker can do it before you request! Before you request: Make sure to read the whole post before requesting! Requests can be ignored if they do not follow the guidelines this post has given.

Silver Avohkii Productions Rules:

1) CREDIT IS REQUIRED! – Give credit to the shop. You may also list the worker, but you must give credit to the shop. If you do not give credit to the shop, I will politely PM you asking you to change it. If it is not changed within two days, I will PM you again. After that I will ask the worker to delete the artwork from the hosting site. For your convenience, you can just use the following code [just fill in the blank with what you requested]:

2) Any request that is not in the request format below WILL be IGNORED – It's important that you use the request sheets to make it easier for us workers. We might be nice and remind you, but if not don't come complaining to us after a week has past and your request isn't done.

3) You MUST request a worker! – If you do not request a worker, you request will be IGNORED.

4) Any request at this shop must be used for at least a week! – You must leave it in your signature, etc., for at least a week with visible credit to the shop!

5) We are not responsible for any harassment due to your requested artwork – This means that if you get insulted in anyway because of your banner, etc., we will not be in blame.

6) Do not Spam, nag, beg, or flame when requesting artwork from our workers – This just means that you will not spam in the topic, you will not nag about how your request has not been finished, you will not beg for anything, and you will not do anything to insult someone's artwork and/or other things you find. However, if it has been a week, you may politely post asking if it's done yet or how long until it will be done. Or, you can PM the worker asking politely when they think it will be done.

7) If you are disappointed about your finished artwork, post here! – Just post here asking what you'd like to be changed. And, please let us know if you want anything changed. We, the Silver Avohkii Productions Administration would like you to be completely satisfied with your request.

8) Do not request any objectionable content and/or anything that violates the BZPower's Rules and Guidelines – This means that you need to read those links I linked above and make sure you follow them.

9) Do not request something that violates the BZPower Signature Guidelines – Again, read those links I gave you and you should be fine.

10) If you would like to work here, please PM me [Toa Velox] – This means that you are not to post here to ask to become a worker. You will not always be chosen, so don't get your hopes up. Also, myself and the other Administrators will have to come to an agreement. But you must PM me, not another Administrator.

11) If you are unsatisfied with anything in this shop, please PM an Administrator and it will be taken care of. Please don't post here flaming us, but instead send one of the Admins a polite PM.

12) This is a BIONICLE-related shop only! – this means that you will not ask for anything that's not BIONICLE-related. However, anything BZPower related is fine too [like a contest, or something], as long as it's either BIONICLE- or BZPower-related. There are other shops that do non-BIONICLE-related requests, and this is not one of them. [If you request something that is not BIONICLE-related, but is BZPower related, please let us know so we know]

-Aklan- [Vacationing] – Co-Head/Main Designer. Can do Banners, Avatars, Personal Pictures, and more. Skill Points: 1

Nuparurocks [Vacationing] – Honored Worker/Craftsman. Can do anything requested including sprites and animations. Skill Points: 33

Dr. Keerahk [Vacationing] – Honored Worker/Craftsman. Can do Banners Avatars, Personal Photos, Wallapapers, Blog Approval Seals, Image Effects, Text Effects, Recolors, BBC Entry Pics/Banners, Editing, Text Fills. Skill Points: 15

K~T - Experienced Worker. Can do avatars, banners, personal photos, blog approvals, blog header images, almost anything. Does not do animations or spriting. Does scanlines, gloss, many text effects (such as gradients, glows, etc.). Can do borders, including borders on borders. Can edit images, get rid of backgrounds, etc. Skill Points: 14

Dokuma - Experienced Worker. Can do Banners, avatars, personal photos, blog approvals, and pretty much all special effects. [Note: Is only available to do three requests a week] Skill Points: 10

Cap'n Kopaka – Experienced Worker. Can do Avatars, Signatures, Banners, Blog Designs, Userbars, Wallpapers, Blog Approvals, Personal Photos, Scanlines, Gloss, Patterns, Recolors, Outlines, Text effects, Filters, Animations, Spriting, Spritework, Shadow, Borders, and Translucency. Skill Points: 10

Lih (Wrack's Waifu) [formerly known as Wikipedia] – Worker. Can do Avatars, Banners, Personal Pictures, Userbars, Blog Approvals, Wallpapers and more, Animations, Recolours, Scanlines, Text Fills, Borders, and more. Skill Points: 5

Dr. Hellacious - Worker. Will be updated. Skill Points: 5

Afroceire - Worker. Will be updated. Skill Points: 2

Chunky! - Worker. Can do banners, avatars, simple animations, personal pictures, wallpapers, scanlines, borders, gloss, outlines and fuzzy outlines around objects, has a large collection of fonts/brushes.

Scinos - New Worker.

Basic Merit/Ranks system:

ADMINISTRATOR – The head of the shop. He is able to hire/fire workers with the approval of any other Administrator. [Yes, even I have to check with another administrator before hiring/firing someone unless a worker disobeys one of BZPower's main rules]. No matter how many merits you get, you do not become an Administrator without being promoted by another Admin [who must contact the other Admins first]. Their job is to give out Skill Points, keep the shop in order, report objectionable content, and make sure requests are getting done promptly.

Head – The runner of the shop. He keeps things in order, reports objectionable content, and makes sure that customer are notified about their requests and that the workers fulfill their requests promptly. He also is able to give out Skill Points. Not able to be promoted by the merit system, only by an Administrator.

Co-Head – Assists in running the shop, keeping things in order, reporting objectionable content, makes sure customers are notified about their requests, and that workers fulfill their requests promptly. Not able to be gained by Skill Points.

Honored Worker – We thank you for your help, and we like the work you've done so far. You've been a great help. Not able to be gained by Skill Points.

Main Designer – A special group just for Aklan because he made the main banners for the shop. No one else can become this unless I decide to change the banners.

Craftsman – You are a big help to the shop and you have come far in your skills with computer graphics. 15+ Skill Points.

Experienced Worker – You have helped the shop, and you are able to use computer graphics well. 10-15 Skill Points.

Worker – Just a plain worker. You've made a few requests. 5-10 Skill Points.

New Worker – You just started. 0-5 Skill Points.

The points here are called 'skill points'. The more you have, the more people will want to request you 'cause you have high skills.

If you get a request done quickly, accurately, or make an especially awesome banner, you will get a Merit. You can get up to 3 merits from one banner. Merits may be only given out by Administrator or Head.

If you make a banner significantly different from the banner requested, or make a rather unawesome banner, you will get a demerit. Although this happens very rarely, you can get a demerit for taking to long on a request too. You can get up to 3 demerits from one banner. Demerits may be only given out by an Administrator or Head. However, you cannot get negative Skill Points, so if you just started and you get a demerit, nothing happens.

You will get promoted once you reach a certain level of skill points. Although, you can be promoted to an Honored Worker/Co-Head with no skill points. You get promoted to those ranks if the Administration things you deserve it.

Yes, that and please use our request sheets, not the Knowledge Tower Production ones Make sure to also read the full first page. You have to use each one of those for at least a week, so I suggest if you really want, use one for one week and then request another, not all three at the same time.

55555, I would just like to see which of the first two banners looks better in the end. And the third one was for Christmas, I was trying to get it before everyone from BZP stormed into the banner shops saying, "I want a banner for Christmas."
