Who do you think is the strongest BIONICLE character so far? rules are that they can be any character from mask power to elemental power to just plain strength.
The Tahtorahk. Hands down, the strongest in the universe.
Toa? Onua Nuva.
Character? Takutanuva.

In brute strenth, Mata Nui, Greg said he's phisically stronger than great beings!
Mata Nui...He controls the universe
Tuyet, the Toa with most Elemental power
Vezon, his 'strongest' point is his annoyance

Err, is it just me, or did he say Toa? So why is everyone writing stuff like Mata Nui and Tahtorak?
Anyway, I'd say it's actually Pohatu. I remember in the good old days it said somewhere that Onua was usually stronger because he activated his mask alot, although in terms of brute strength without mask help, Pohatu was stronger.

Exactly, and since the GB's aren't of this universe, you couldn't even say them.

You have some good points there, but we don't necessarily know that he literaly controls the universe.
Anyways, Mata Nui is by far the strongest I know off. And if we are going by insanity and emo-ism, then Tren Krom is the one to choose!

The reason many are saying that is because they are misunderstanding the question after reading other's answers, which it seems I've done!
I would have to say that the strongest would be perhaps; Helryx, Tuyet, Takanuva, and perhpas the Hagah.
