You ever thought of Mata Nui as a turaga? It would fit in if takua became a toa, wouldn't it?

Could be practically made of protodermis if you think how spesial he would be. That would give him power.

not as a turaga but i always thought that he was a Toa himself and that he created the toa after his own image!!
and Makuta was a fallen Toa !!
Mata nui would be complete silver !! with of course the Chrome Silver Hau!!

So have I. And so has Purple Dave at MOD. You should check it out, go to MoD and go to May I think it was, and he made it on the last day of Matoran Madness Month. Its pretty cool, and looks exactly the same as mione using the Rua and white Tohunga body parts.

Err...that was a Matoran that PD made. I think he would be better more the size of a Toa Kaita, which would probably be better for his importance, and he would probably be protodermis silver all over, with some white and gold parts plus maybe the chrome Hau. It would be too expensive to make him entirely chrome, plus at the joints it could come off.

i think he should be a silver toa with a kanohi but no weapons, that would suggest that he fought a lot. He would be called Mata-nui, the toa of faith, cool huh?

bionicle is a classic case of the good vs. evil senario. i also feel that they would probably stick to age old stereotypes and have mata nui be based around light and goodness, while the evil makuta rules over chaos and evil. i guess that would put mata nui as being a silver creature or something of the like.
going off of the biblical reference that fire KNIGHT made, perhaps matanui actually walks around in 3 different forms. lets say a matoran, a toa, and third probably the rua mask with light rays radiating out from behind it(similar to makutas form of the infected hau and the tentacles.) sorta a father, son, and holy spirit motif.

man, i just re read what i wrote and i hope nobody gets angry with me. im not trying to be racist or poke fun at anyones religion so i apologise if anyone is offended by what i wrote.

Here is my idea, lets look at Mata Nui as the creator. He would be everything. He may even be the actual planet, that would be an interesting twist, but not a likely one, However, if my theory one the nature of Makuta as nothing (Covered in my topic The Defeat of Makuta and the Awakening of Mata Nui), then it would be only natural that Mata Nui would be everything. There for Mata Nui, like Makuta, would not have a true form, he would be a shapeshifter, forming himself from things he creates, as opposed to Makuta who would form himself from things he has destroied. That would fit in well, MN is more powerful than Makuta (Good v Evil) So if MN came as a Turaga, it would be good since Makuta came as a Matoran!!

Maybe... but I'd rather see him as a Winged Toa. Silver Hau, white and silver color scheme. :hau: no weapons... just wings...

Yeah, thats a good idea RapToa. But i can harldy think of lego coming out with those until Mata Nui is awakened
