Well, the Toa do need the Kanohi Nuva now, but in the MNOLG, when Pohatu and Takua destroyed the Nui-Jaga nest, Pohatu grabbed Takua and they zoomed out. STOP. Pohatu grabbed Takua and they both sped out using the same Kanohi. So, maybe the Toa could all use the same power at the same time by grabbing each other.

So? How's my theorie?

Here's something-
We know the Kanohi Nuva will affect the Toa's allies within a certain distance.
But they still need all their Kanohi Nuva, because they won't be wandering around the island of Mata-Nui together.

Um, it wasn't that Pohatu grabbed Takua and then they could both use the mask, Pohatu carried Takua.

It's like Clockstoppers! Since Pohatu can go into hypertime, then if he holds someone they can also go into hypertime! But if he drops them, it stops going so fast then probably dies from all those flips and hitting rocks or tree branches and sides of cliffs.

Good theory, but Link is right. Pohatu just carried him. He didn't give the power to Takua.

In the first saga, one Toa using a Kanohi power could carry another, just as Lewa carried Onua in the comics. The Kanohi Nuva, however, work in an entirely different way. When one is used, the power is given also to those nearby. Thus, a Hau Nuva would shield both Tahu and Gali, while a regular Hau would shield only Tahu.
