Suggestion for next FCGC: longer deadline, but NO after-deadline updates.

I agree with the above posters. There should be a longer deadline. However, a longer deadline promotes procrastination, so there should be a prize to compensate for that. And, maybe like five days after the deadline to fix bugs and stuff, and then no more.

The bug was created in the last few hours of work on the game, and was so obscure that it took me half an hour to figure out exactly what caused it, much less fix it. We were very careful in debugging the game during the whole period of the contest, and especially a few days before we were to submit.

The error was almost impossible to predict.

We'll be more careful next time.
