Rahkshi seems like Rahi(sorry if this was confirmed or anything, didn't know if it was)and could be upgraded, protodermis Rahi!

Yes interesting. I dont think that the Rahkshi are pretodermis rahi but it seems that Makuta names all of his minions with a Rah.

Yeah thought so

(That it would go in Theories, sorry about that if you gt me wrong!)And yeah NK that sounds interesting!Could meen the Bohrok-Kal and Rahkshi form on and become a giant monster called the mighty Rahkshi!MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Maybe the borhok found the rahi and did something that made the Rahkshi. In one of the comics one of the bahrag said "You have no idea what you have unleashed!" Maybe that was the rahkshi. Then they put them in cages but when the bohrok were defeated then they escaped. That's just my theory about them.

Nah wouldn't really think that the rahi are related to the new foes...hey i wonder if the bohrak-kal and the Rahkshi have any relationship at all

Nov 23 2002, 03:01 AM
Hey maybe the Baraq were good guys and were trying to worn them and the Kal were the leaders of all who are trying to beat the Rahkshi!GregF said that 1 Kal defeats a hole other swarm!Maybe the swarm was trying to attck Motaran and they were saving them!Just a guess....

If you look at the Rahkshi and thier weapons, they look similar to the Toa. They may be clones of the Toa.
Here's my theory:-
The Toa go into the Protodermis, while this is happening the Protodermis makes a clone of them (this is unkown to the Toa). These Toa clones spend longer in the Protodermis than the Toa, this mutates them (as it did the Toa) further than the Toa Nuva. Causing them to have spikes, this would alos makes them a match for the Toa Nuva if they are better. The Toa Nuva will be more intelligent though.

cool idea, but i think that Makuta just made the new Rahi after he saw what happened to the toa after they got protodermic enhanced!!

It is a likely possibility but we can only be 100% sure when they come out in the store or when LEGO tells us

The Rahkshi being clones of the Toa is a very good possibility. Maybe they were the six stones surrounding Makuta when the legend was being told.
One thing that may seperate the Rahkshi from the Rahi...
There are more than one of each breed of Rahi. To me it seems that there's only one of each Rahkshi, just like there was one of each Bohrok Kal. From what I've been hearing these Rahkshi are very powerful; there is little need for a whole swarm of them.

You've got a point...but I think its probably just a coincidence. Who knows, Rahkshi probably wont be their final names anyway, so it could go wither way. They look like the prefect Anti-Toa. even more so than the Bohrok Kal.

I assume that they're all original foes for the toa, but then again, the Rahkshi do have their similarities.

Nov 23 2002, 08:22 AM
Well, I doubt they are proto-fied Rahi...they are far to unlike them. They are different from any enemy before because they seem to be human-like...as the Toa are. My idea is that, in order to combat the Toa Nuva, Makuta created the Rahkshi, or should I say, mutated the Shadow Toa. For some reason or other, Makuta decided that a simple that making Shadow Toa Nuva was not the way to fight them, probably because the Toa beat the Shadow Toa, so the Toa Nuva should beat the Shadow Toa Nuva.

I noticed the rahi rahkshi realationship at first but when I got to looking at the pics I realized they had no resemblence to the original rahi. I guess they could I just wasn't openminded. Original, what a rare word in the bionicle world.

PS: were back!

I doubt that they are Rahi transformed by proto. The Rahi became uninfected, therefore they would no longer be evil, and tranformation by proto. would not make them more evil or more good. But anything's possible. Talking about clones of the Toa is of-topic, start a new thread if you want to talk about that.

| WHAT IS A RAHKSHI???? |
They are the new enemies in the world of Bionicle possibly from the MoL movie.
I think CB might have hit the nail on the head. But they look too animal/savage like to have come from the Toa. Kind of leaning towards a Rahi feeling...the clones CB was talking about might have taken the evil parts of the Nuva and formed these Rahkshi with the help of Protodermis...because it is the stuff of life afterall.
Or maybe they were always here and the ever-watching Makuta has unleashed them.
I don't know, just some ideas.

my theory is that they were terrorizing the populace before mata nui fell asleep, and he killed them and sealed them underground. and then something wierd happenms and they rise from the dead to bring the toa nuva to their knees.
it's just a theory. someone please prove me wrong

I don't think that the rashik(or whatever)

I don't think lego allows that,

Yes it is a very interesting theory
and I see what you mean by Mahuta Naming his minions with Rah
But, remember when the Bionicle comic writer answerd some questions
and he said that therewould be no new rahi
I think that the Rahkshi are compleatly new creatures
Don't you think that they are extreamly insect like in design
also I dont think that they are Rahi Nuva because fore something to be a Nuva it has to be mutated by Protodermis and from what I understand their are no Rahi
appart from the Manas that dwell that for down in the surface of
Mata-Nui
but this is only my oppinion

Nov 23 2002, 07:43 PM
Well if they are mutated Rahi they don't look like it.
Lhii the Surfer
Nov 23 2002, 09:41 PM
I thought all the infected Rahi were dis-infected, and now are taimed. I don't know about the protodermis stuff, I think they were there before the Toa went into the protodermis, like the Bohrok-Kal. Perhaps they are Makuta, split up into six different warriors, so they can do more damage at a time, and they can combine into one, the true form of Makuta. Makuta was said to come out in 2003, and we know that the Bokrok-Kal are for the first half of the year, and these Rahkshi are for the later half, so, mabey their true form is Makuta.

Maybe it's Bohrok Kal and loose Rahi mixed into a protodermis pool on Mata-Nui.
