Full Version: Toa's Enemies

It seems that Lego has drifted away from the Toa vs. a swarm of enemies controlled by one (or two) evil, intelligent beings (Rahi by Makuta; Bohrok by Bahrag) and the Toa having to defeat most of them and then go fight the controllers. Now it seems they've established a Toa vs. 6 other beings each with their own unique powers (Bohrok-Kal and Rahkshi). Although I'm not too sure about the Bohrok-kal and the Rahkshi, but I think having the Toa fight one on one with intelligent independent beings is going to be much cooler than fighting swarms.

Well what do you think? Voice your opinions!

P.S.-First topic! cool.gif

Welcome to BZP! bzrulez.gif We'll just have to wait and see if they will have controllers or not.But with the Rahkshi I believe that they will be controlled because Makuta is coming back in the Mask Of Light movie. The Kal may be controlled by the Bahrag but I think it's more likely that because they are trying to revive the Bohrok swarms, that includes the Bahrag too.I belive they most likely are created by the Bahrag but do not need to be under their control. But I think that's obvious since they are so smart.I myself think it is kinda cool!

The Rahkshi and Bohrok-kal may or may not be controlled, but what I really am focusing on is the 6 vs. 6 thing. The rest will all be revealed soon enough...... In the meantime, keep posting people!

Edit: Maybe somebody could make a poll out of this for me?
Edit2: Come on! Anybody else? ohmy.gif

From a video game standpoint, swarms are much better. More enimies, and like Clone Wars, you could litterally cleave through your opponants. From a movie's standpoint, both are equally good. From a toy-owners point of veiw, a singular enemy would be best. I don't think I need to explain it...
Apollo
I agree with both of you-one on one has much more potential, but swarms are much better for video games.

Hmmm... I see your point. I would much rather be able to fight tons of enemies in a video game, but I think one-on-one fighting is much more compelling and would make the storyline even more popular, but those are some good thoughts! cool.gif

i would make a poll for this but it doesnt sound like a very poll worthy supject. but ya never know i might make a poll.
i think the whole swarms idea is cool but if you noticed it seems the most powerful of villians work better in groups. Take the lehvak for instance they work in little groups but they still srike fear into everything they pass.
