When will the bionicle movie be out. Is it gonna be in theatres or just an internet thing?

If you mean the Mask of Light, it will be on video and DVD next fall.

It's coming out Fall 2003 straight to VHS and DVD. Then there will be another movie in '04 that's a theatrical release

This topic should be in the Bionicle Movie. Anyway, the Bionicle movie will in DVD at September 2003.

There will actually be two BIONICLE Movies. One, BIONICLE: The Mask of Light, will be releasing on video and DVD in Fall 2003. A second BIONICLE movie, heading for theateres, will come out in 2004, and is yet unnamed. Check out the BIONICLE Movies forum for some discussion on both upcoming movies.
