It looks like Tahu Nuva to me.

Yeah it's deffiently Tahu Nuva. Also you can see the Kini-Nui in the background.

To me it looks like a combo of Pohatu Nuva and Kopaka Nuva

and it is'nt brown, it looks brown because of the background, and it's not clear...

*Coughs* Ok, you definitely need to look closer at that pic, Makuta v2.0. Not only is it obviously Tahu Nuva if you compare it to the picture of him on his canister, but it even LOOKS like him. It's just there to add more detail, and to show that it's definitely a Bionicle product. Tahu is their trademark Toa, and the fire element was used somewhere in every promotional picture byLego.
