Ok titles confusing but here it goes. My question is what are matoran made of. Could they REALLY be made of plastic in the real mat nui or do you think that they have skin or scales or something. I find it wierd how much more flexable the matoran seem in the animations. Personally I think they are really made of living plastic. We might get more answers with the info of NEW design for matorans never the less the movie designs.

(this will get old fast but again, I am just returning to BZP so I do not know if this topic has been covered)
Taiki
I think they are bio-mechanical, or cyborgs. They are made of organic tissues as well as microchips, silicon, wires, etc.
blisteringlight
i Think for every organ we have, they have a biomechanical eqevelant.
Kahu Rider 13
That's a difficcult question. I think they're biomechanical and made of something more flexible but more machine-like than plastic. They are quite flexible in the MNOLG(remember Taipu dancing?) and episodes, and make machine-like noises.
Apollo
I agree with Kahu Rider 13. I believe they are Biomechanical-living but constructed of wires and circuits and ball bearings and what have you. from some of the promotional movies we also know they sound like robots when they move.
Kanohi of Indescribable Power
In my opinion they are made of metal but I really can't comprehend that so it doesn't matter.
