Look at the name of the topic.
Bionicle says "Queens," but I don't know. Because there are two they always say things like "They," or "Them." They never say "His, "or "Her."
What do you think?

I think they are both gender each, because how could they give birth to the krana if they were males?or females without males? And that could also explain why they arent refered to as "kings" or "queens".And if they create the krana not give birth to them they are probably female.

First off the bohrok Va find krana, in which means travels to search for them like the toa. and second the bahrag are queens, making them female. of course christopher columbus was known as a male but is really a he/she.

Usually when you say Queen that means a female ruler...Unless theres other things that could be but we're not going into that on this site. The question is answered reporting to a moderator to let him/her (hehe a joke get it?) decide.

of course. the Bahrag are QUEENS. Would a queen be a man? I don't think so
Apollo

They are the Bahrag Queens so it is probably just like a hive of bees or ants, with a queen and many other, smaller, organisms that work for them. It is probably safe to assume they are both female.

well, they are queens. queens usually implies female. also, it just seems to fit, doesn't it? all the creature foes that have had a stated gender so far have been male, so we need some female baddies.

I think that they should have been boys...... But it does say that they're Queens, so they are girls.....

Also, :

I would have to say girls, I mean I wouldn't want to be called a Queen, and I am a boy, so they would have to be girls, although in Egypt there was one woman that became a King, so it could be possible

The Bahrag are Queens. The proto images that D got in his Presspack had "Bahrag Queens" written on one of the pages.
They're ladies.

Just as T-Hybrid said. The Bahrag are sisters, the Bahrag are queens, therefore, they are both female.

Definitely female. They didn't give birth to the krana, I agree with Apollo about the 'ant' theory. Another possibility is On stargate sg-1, they fought the replicators, which were made up of little bits produced by the queen. "PRODUCED" not born.
It could be like that.

Thanks for clearing that up i have read that somewhere but it was a long time ago and i had forgot it,Thanks.
And for everyone pointing out that they create the krana,i said "If they did not give birth to the krana and created them they are probably female" .So i can accept if they are heramphrodites or if they are female one thing we all know for sure is that they are not male. And if they give birth to the krana they must be both genders because there are no king and and Makuta can absolutely not be the father lol! That would be hysterical!

I think they are female. this is how the krana were made. first one krana was found. then te bahrag cloned the krana to activate the bohrok. when the last krana was collected, it triggered the protodermis pool to open.

That'd be a BAND called Queen. Brilliant, they were.
And, on-topic, I'd say the Bahrag are genderless, but called queens as a reference to all Hive-based organisms (ants, bees, Borg, etc)

They are referred to as queens, therefore they are obviously female. Besides, their incredible power to communicate with each other solely by telepathy, and their uncanny psychic abilities always struck me as more of a female trait. Lord knows my sister and I can do that to a small degree...
But then again, that's only my opinion. Nobody knows except those who work at Lego.

Like a bunch of people, I've always thought that the Bahrag were female because they were called the "Queens of the Bohrok". They sort of have that female-ish appearance to me too.
