That would be hard! I mean, I'd be like 5 ft. tall!
they do have instructions for tahu, pohatu and onua nuva, same with the others, but all 6? that would be like, constructing the twin towers! that would be one force to reckon with. id hate to go against that!!
Both the Toa Olda and the Toa Nuva have instructions for two Toa Kaita, each using peices from three Toa.
However, there were no instructions made for a Toa Nui, so I wouldn't expect Toa Nuva Nui instructions, either. You'll just have to make an MOC.
