| Gahlok-Kal’s tool is a magnetic shield. This collects, controls and directs the power of magnetism from the earth |
See that? "-from the earth" Mata-Nui is supposed to be on earth, then! Post your thoughts on this.
EDIT: Sorry! My computer messed up bad! This should be the one you post in. The other two should be closed, please! Mods, please don't take away PE! It was a mistake! Please do not close this one, just the other two. Please?

Fire Knight, he meant that the island of Mata-Nui is actualy on Earth. Sorry, but that just is refering to earth as in ground, not Earth as is the planet.

Earth as in ground does not have a magnetic force to collect. How could Gahlok-Kal collect, direct, and control it, when summoned from simple dirt, when it's not even there? It has to be talking about the earth as in the planet, for it has a magnetic field. Mata-Nui is, therefore, supposed to be on earth.

I can barely make out your words, the color is so bright...
I think it means that Mata-Nui is on a planet similiar to earth, and they refer to it as "earth".
But it's probably one of those mysteries Bionicle will never reveal.....

guys, guys... the before time mean any thing to you? mata-nui is on earth, in the begining of time! and besides, if they where aliens the would refere to earth/ground as jumet, or what ever the planets name is.

I think it's actually quite an easy mistake to make; and anyone would notice if it said 'Gahlok-Kal's tool is a magnetic shield. This controls, collects and directs the power of magnetism from <insert name of planet here>.' And I think I get what KOIP is saying. He doesn't mean dirt; he means earth like a planet.

It means earth as in ground. Earth as in planet would be Earth, not earth. And yes, there are magnetic fibers in nearly everything, earth included.

It means the earth as in the ground beneath their feet, like
Earth has a magnetic field either end of it's polls. Mata-Nui,
or the planet they are on has it's own magnetic field.
