The Bohrok attack the village whose element is stronger than they.
Pahrak against Ga-Koro.
Gahlok against Onu-Koro.
Lehvak against Ko-Koro.
Kohrak against Ta-Koro.
Nuhvok against Le-Koro
Tahnok against Po-Koro.
Why do they do it?

The Bohrok, I think, can attack any village they want. Because they wan't to destroy the village with the exact oppisite powers of the toa. That's my theroy.

They attacked that way for tactical reasons. Look:
The Tahnok swarm attacked Po-Wahi because they could easily melt rock. The defenses of Po-Koro is mainly a stone wall around the village, and the Tahnok could easily take care of that.
The Gahlok attacked Onu-Wahi because it's easiest to flood underground caverns, the reason being there's no place for the water to drain.
The Pahrak attacked Ga-Wahi because they and the Lehvak were the only ones left, and you can't shatter rock if there's only ice.
The Kohrak attacked Ta-Koro because they could freeze even lava, and lava is practically the lifeblood of Ta-Wahi. Plus, they could easily destroy the Mangai volcanoe for the same reason.
The Nuhvok attacked Le-Wahi because they could easily de-forest the jungle with their strength and their claws. Also because they are expert fighters in tight conditions, and could easily fight in the thick underbrush of the forest.
The Lehvak attack Ko-Wahi because they and the Pahrak were the only ones left and you can't melt water with acid.

I think that's probaly the reason.
Otherwise, the Bahrag are too stupid to realize that. Why do I call them stupid?
Well, first of all, letting the Bohrok-Kal to free them, even though the Toa Nuva
would have a even EASYER time whacking them in Nuva form.

I didn't. Basically, in the updates you never heard about Ko-Koro, you never heard about the Lehvak, and so I just put two and two together.

I also thought it was random. Interesting.
I think I'd go with Master of the Rakhshi. His explanation makes sense.
