My friend has informed me that the Rahkshi are the Makuta's offspring. Both of us think it's kind of weird.I need your input. And, who is the Makuta's mate?
I do not think that is possible. Personally I think they are more henchmen of his out to destroy the Toa Nuva

They can all be considered spawn, but not all spawn can be considered children. The Rakhshi were most probably created by Makuta and given life for one purpose(off the Toa). Are they his children? You can choose to look at it one way, perhaps. Are they his direct descendants? Most likely not. TLC wouldn't get into that sort of stuff.
