Takua: we all know him. The Chronicler. The Toa of Light. But I have a theory about him-

Takua IS Mata-Nui.

He's always around to help. He summons the Toa. He keeps the Rahi away from the Kini-Nui. He accompanies the Boxor army, and is friends with everyone. this is Mata-Nui in Matoran form. However, when the Mask of Light is discovered by the Matoran that dosen't even know himself of his true name, is transformed to the form a powerful toa, who helps to defeat the Rakishi, and eventually remembers his identity, after Makuta is defeated. He awakes. Whaddayathink?

Well I think it is a wonderful theory however I don't think that Takua is Mata Nui. If you remember the online game. You would know that the stars and legend told of a great Chronicler. He is just one of the legendary Matorans who would amount to greatness and that had a desiny. I don't think the Toa are the only ones to have a destiny set for them.
