Can you anwera few qeustions i have?
Thanks soooo much for answering these.
ExoToa: After the Toa defeted Makuta the first time then later they found the bohrok, Where was (Or is) Makuta? Is he still in the Mangiai or somewhere else?
Greg: He's in his lair.
ExoToa:Exactly How much Time have the Toa Spent on Mata nui?
Greg: In the Monlg it seems as if the collection of the masks and the defet of Makuta takes only one day.
No, it took longer than a day, trust me. But I don't know the exact amount of time.... I don't know for example if a Mata Nui day is the same as our day.
ExoToa :Are You annoyed by the constant PMs you get?
Greg:No.
ExoToa :so the Matoran actually have a age. Like Maku and Huki are 21 or 16Greg:
Greg

r 21,000 and 16,000, that's possible too!
ExoToa :as you said erleir you said (I think) that you had seen a "Version" of MOL. Does that mean you whatched the movie or you saw a preview of some sort
(Witout answering any movie plot qeustions)
Greg :I have seen the first 20 minutes of the movie, complete, but without music yet.
ExoToaL also has there beeen a finalized date for thr MOL reliese
Greg :I believe it is mid-September.

If all elemental powers into one blast makes protodermis, what do the Bohrok Kal powers make?
As far as I know, they make nothing.
If the Rahkshi put their powers into one blast, would it make them something more?
No.

1) At LEGO Magazine are you the Amazing Redini? Yes.
2) In what media (comics, website...) will we see the Matoran getting turned large and powerful? If at all? Probably the web.
3) Are the Avohkii and Kraahkan Kanohi or Kanohi Nuva? I would guess they are Kanohi, since neither Makuta nor Takanuva is strictly a nuva the way the Toa of are.
4) If the Toa of Light has always been there, was he at one time a Toa olda? Or has he always been a Nuva?
Nope, he was never a Toa olda.
5) How did the Toa of Light get to Mata Nui? Did he arrive in a canister like the Toa?
Wait and see.
6) Will the larger matoran be able to ride in the Boxor? If not, what will happen to the Boxors?
They will probably just rebuild the Boxors so they can accomodate a larger driver.

I got a few answers from GregF
Sorry to bother you but a few questions have been itching in my mind,
1. How do you think Lego intends to continue their "collectibles" in 2004 if the story is just the turaga recounting the past?
Well, they had a REALLY interesting past...
2. Just before the emprisonment of the bahrag they said "you dared oppose your brothers" what does this mean?
It was the Bahrag's way of hinting that there is some connection between the Toa and the Bohrok...
On bionicle.com it says "the coming of the kal" one of six but the rahkshi are in comic 12 (part 3 of 6) the link is here
I'm not sure why it would say one of six on the web, since it doesn't say one of six on the comic book.
Greg
thanks in advance,

So the bohrok are related to the Toa

Here are some more I got. Here they are...
1. How long will Bionicle last?
For as long as it sells well.
2. Will Tahu Nuva be the only one to use the Mask of Time?(Vahi)
For now, yes.
3. How many Bionicle movies are they planning to make?
More than one
Thanks for your Time.

Koli Kicker: Will there be Rahkshi Kaita?
GregF: Yes.

Hia again! Love the comics!
1) When Tahu puts on the Vahi in Comic 11, why isn't it grey in the centre? Is it just an error?
No, the Vahi is not affected by the lack of elemental energies. It is not a Nuva mask, for one thing, and its power is way beyond a normal Kanohi.
2) If the Toa can change into the Kaita at will, why didn't they merge to stop the Bohrok swarms?
Good question -- well, look at it this way. You have six swarms of Bohrok on the island -- so let's say 60,000 to 600,000 Bohrok. They are attacking all over. Isn't it better to be able to counter them in six places on the island, then merge into Kaita and only be able to confront them in two? Plus the Kal can form Kaita too, so turning into a Kaita is not an automatic win.
3) How did the Toa Nuva form the Toa Nuva Kaita in Comic 11 when gali was supposed to be with Onua and Pohatu?
Gali's time with Onua and Pohatu took place in between issues 10 and 11.
4) Will there be any relationships between the characters in the movie?
In terms of romantic relationships? No -- they are going to be a little too busy fighting Rahkshi to worry about that.
5) Did Makuta unlesh the Bohrok?
Yes.
6) Does Makuta have a boss?
Not that I know of, no.
7) What is it like in 'Paradise?'
I think the name says it all, don't you?
8) Are there other spirits like Mata Nui, Makuta, the Toa, etc?
I don't know. I do not believe the Toa are spirits, however.
Thanks!

Err.. Mr Greg Farshtey, would you answer my questions?
I remember the Nuva slogan image, where it´s two weird things in the back, they were the Kal? And if they were, why the bumps had four eyes?
No, they weren't the Kal. The Kal story had not been written yet when that image was created.
Does the Kraata existed long time ago? Because you say the Turaga have been catching.
Yes.
Does the Vahi will be destroyed in reason it´s too powerful? And if it, can the destroyed mask turn into Protodermis?
It won't be destroyed.
There was a promo CD that said there were more lifeforms, and there were pictures where it showed in last the Bohrok, then Krana, then two stange things, the actual lifeforms of Mata Nui, it is true?
I have no idea. I never saw that.
Does the island will be reduced to ruins, after those Rahi, Bohrok, Bohrok Kal, Rahkshi, etc?
No.
Thanks in advance,

heres mine could i ask a few questions?
1)we all know there are the WM and SS krana-kal out,but are there any details you can give about the third rare mask this year?
I don't know anything about a third rare mask.
2)on www.maskofdestiny.com it said there is a gray hau in the takanuva set.can you say anything about that?
That is news to me. The only mask I know of in the Takanuva set is the Mask of Light.
3)on the back of the makuta box in toy fair pictures it shows a strange "kaita" type of model made from takanuva, gukko.the TOL and makuta.will it be in the story or can you not tell us that for now
There are two merged models -- one is Makuta and the Toa of Light, which will be in the story.. one is made from Makuta, the Gukko and Pewku models, and that may not show up in the comic.
really sorry if i'm bothereing you

Ok. I know you are very busy, Mr. Farshtey, but please answer some of my questions.
Biomaniac: Will Makuta stay as the prime enemy in Bionicle forever? Greg: Wait and see.
Biomaniac: Will the Toa Nuva go under yet another transformation? Greg:None planned.
Biomaniac: I know you mentioned something about the Matoron changing physically in comic 13. Will this have anything to do with the Rahkshi? Greg: Well, sort of, but it happems before the Rahkshi ever show up. It is to prepare them for any future threats.
Biomaniac: Everybody is saying the Rahkshi are sort of Anti-Toa. Is this true? Greg: I don't know, what do you mean by that?
Biomaniac:The Kratta arn't really in control of the Rahakshi, right? You know, they infect masks... I always wondered where infected masks came from... Greg: The kraata basically are the Rahkshi... the Rahkshi armor is just armor.
Biomaniac:Kratta are sort of Jellyfish, right? Greg: They are more like.. sort of serpents or leeches.
Biomaniac: I've heard that Tahu got his Vahi from Vakama. Where did Vakama get the Vahi? Greg: Good question... he's not telling.
Thanks in advance! Also, thanks for putting the Vahi in the storyline!
-Biomaniac |
So heres the summery. Kratta are the Rahkshi. The Rahkshi armor is just armor. Kinda like the Bohrok... Vakama won't tell where he got the Vahi. The Kratta are more like serpents of leaches. The Matoron change happens between the Kal and Rahkshi. They change to get them ready for what's coming.
O.K. Any Questions?
Oh, judging from Greg saying something about protodermis playing a big role in the near future, I think the Matoron will be changed via protodermis. I mean, the Toa Nuva arn't changing again, so...

Sorry; I know I don't have any answers from GregF, but I was wondering how you guys catch him online to PM him? Whenever I'm online, he's not.
DANG COMPUTER!!! I'm really sorry about the triple post, I tried to stop from posting because of mistakes in my post but my computer messed up! (waits for Mod to come in and smack Bionicle#1 upside the head.) |
Someone doesn't have to be online for you to pm them. The message will be sent and they will get it as soon as they go online.
I asked GregF what was up with the mini-sized comic 10 and he said: "they are an experiment we are doing this year. Some kids said they would would like a comic that is smaller, easier to carry around in a backpack, etc.. There are a total of three planned this year, but they have not been very popular, so I don't know if there will be any after this year."
Oh, and the matoran are not going to be changed by protodermis, GregF has said that in the past.

Here's what I got... Again...
1) In one of the first promotional images of the Kal, you can see 4 or 5 Kal demolishing one (of the three?) stone towers at Kini-Nui and swinging from it King Kong-style. Later, in Kohrok Kal's video, he is knocking down another tower. Why are they destroying the Kini-Nui?
That is probably just artistic license... it never happens in the story bible.
2) Someone once asked you (in one of the official "Answers from GregF" topics):
"24. Who are they (the Kal) working for?
Hmmmm... at the end of the day... themselves."
Does this mean that the Kal will somehow betray the Bahrag?
No, what it means is that the Kal are not controlled by the Bahrag or taking orders from anyone. They are carrying out their mission in the way they see fit.
3) You've said that the Rahi won't be helping Makuta in the movie because their infected masks were removed. Well... how'd they get infected in the first place? Couldn't Makuta re-infect them?
The kraata infected them. And yes, they could get infected again, but if you had six Rahkshi working for you .. would you want to bother with Rahi who had already failed against the Toa?
4) Mask of Destiny has just reported that there will be some sort of special mask this year, but they said they couldn't give any details. All I want to know is: will it be widely available, or will it be something no one has any real chance of getting?
Can't answer it -- don't know for sure what they are referring to.

Okay, I have asked a lot of questions and GregF has given a lot of answers. I did get a whopper message about the bahrag just before the great glitch of 2003. Now it's gone. Well, I have a few other questions that have been answered.
KotT: I was wondering if matoran ate food because I saw a Ga-Koran selling fish in Ono-Koro on MNOLG. If so, do they also eat protodermis? Whenua called it the "Stuff of Life".
GregF: Actually, that is a very good question... I will bring it up at the story meeting and see what people say. But no, I do not believe they eat protodermis. They build things with it.
KotT:I think a toa is 22-24 feet tall but everyone says they are 5-6 feet tall. (to scale) If you compare the height of a toa to the height of a minifig the toa is above 4 times taller, making the toa 24 feet. Help!
GregF:Toa are, I believe, roughly 6 feet tall (a bio is equal to about a meter in height). Toa were never meant to be in scale to a mini-fig, as there are no mini-figs in the BIONICLE universe, so the comparison isn't relevant.
KotT:1. Since the Va only carry the Krana, how do the Bahrag control them? Are they alive?
GregF:They aren't controlled by the Bahrag. They have a very basic programming that adapts to changing circumstances. If the Bahrag controlled them, they would have shut down when the Bahrag were captured.
KotT:2. If somebody is wearing a krana or infected, will a komau work on the victim?
GregF:Possibly. It would be worth a try.
KotT:3. Are there some males in Ga-koro and females in other villages?
GregF:No, all Ga-Matoran are female. All other Matoran are male.
KotT:4. Is Tamaru a girl?
GregF:No, Tamaru is from Le-Koro. There are no females in any of the other villages.
KotT:5. Even though Gali doesn't have a boyfriend, do any of the toa have a crush on her?
GregF:Not that I know of -- I really don't pay attention to this stuff, because there is no room for it in the comic anyway.
Yes, I did actualy think at one time the Toa were 24 feet tall, that Tamaru was a girl, etc.

But I did have reason to beileve that. The height of a toa, for example, was partly derived from the movie of onua assembling himself. His footprints made him look like he weighed alot, making it more likely for him to be really big. And Tamaru was crying once in MNOLG, and seemed really worried about Maku when she was thrown back like they were two girls, and were really close friends.

1. Which is which of the Bahrag? Is Cahdok blue? Or is it Red? I am very confused.
I consider Cahdok to be blue.
2. Do the Bahrag generate the Krana? If so, how?
Yes. Trust me, you don't want to know.
3. Can you reveal anything about the Turaga's past at the moment? I am terribly anxious to know something about that, and really don't want to wait till 2004.
No, sorry, I can't. It's too closely tied in to the 2004 storyline.
4. Has the storyline team worked on the planet and what is beyond Mata Nui yet?
I am sure the top echelon of the team has, but it has not been relevant to the rest of us.
5. When a person is immersed in protodermis, do they become Nuva? Even if a Bohrok or Matoran were?
Only if it is their destiny to be so.
6. Where do the Turaga get all these prohecies? The Amaja-Nui? Or are they just really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, old?
Well, they are really old... that is certainly part of it.
7. Has the story team worked on Mata Nui's unit of time?
No, although I think I made a reference to "seven suns" in place of days in one of the comics.
8. Was it the Kraata that infected the Koli balls in the MNOLG?
Not that I know of, but not sure.
9. Are the Kraata intelligent? (Can they speak, think apart from Makuta?)
No, as far as I know they do not speak.
10. In the movie, will it show the Makuta version that you can but, or just the Toa version(as seen in the trailer). Also, will the Toa version of Makuta be featured as a set or will it be buildable.
I am not sure what you mean by "Toa version" -- the Makuta in the trailer is the Makuta in the movie, and I believe the same one we are offering as a set.
11. What will the next collectibles name be? (Kanohi, Krana, Kraata, ???)
Has not been decided yet.
12. Are you annoyed at getting all of these messages ever?
No.
.Jordan.

hi Mr Farshtey. here are a few Questions.
1: If you could write for another Lego storyline, what would it be.(eg.(what does that mena anyways)9jack stone, adventurers). Greg: I already write for pretty much all the LEGO storylines, through the magazine and the web.
2: why dont you chose an avatar, or put somthing in you sig. I don't have the time, and it's not that important to me.
3: what do the Turaga do with the Kraata when the catch them? They put them in stasis and hide them in a cave.
4: how many Kraata are there, not types, but acctually on the island at any givin time. Oh, who knows .. dozens, probably.
5: tha map of Mata-Nui in the Lego Mag a couple of years back had the length of the island listed as 257 Kio, however, the map that I got at toys'r'us (when they had the copper Huna promo) lists it as 357 Kio, which number is correct? I would go with 357, because that is what BIONICLE.com says.
6: Takanuva or Taka Nuva, which is the correct spelling. Takanuva.
7: is there more than 1 Ussanui? Not that I know of.
8: will the prise for the Lego advance reveiwer contest be bionicle related, and where can I find a complete list of rules for the contest, they are not online. As far as I know, the prize for the advance reviewers is going to be the chance to play with a new set and the chance to maybe get their review published. No, the sets being sent out for the first batch are not BIONICLE related. The only rules I am aware of were in the January issue of the LEGO Magazine.
9: why is the amazing Rendini so evasive in his answering of questions? does he have something to hide? maybe a few headless skeletonss in his closet? How evasive he is depends on the question, I guess.
A suggestion, please do not make any more comics in the smaller size(no more after the 2 more that are gonna be small this year), cause i am a (semi) big time comic collecter, and I like my comics the conventional size. I like the big size too.

Here's my second's qeustions:
Sorry to bother you(again), but I have a few questions I want to ask you:
1. What's the use of this mask?
a. Golden Mask
b. Mask of Valor
c. Mask of Wisdom
a) The Golden Masks have the powers of all six Great Masks.
b and c) These masks are worn by the Toa Kaita.
2. How the Raskshi use the Kraata? Moved the Kraata from its back to its head?
The kraata basically are the Rahkshi -- the Rahkshi are the armor that the kraata wears.
3.What's the power of the Kraata(each evolution stages)?
They don't have individual powers like the masks do. They make the Rahkshi stronger and faster as they evolve.
4.What's the diferencense between the Rahi and other creature. Tell me as more as you can.
All non-intelligent creatures on Mata Nui are called Rahi. Some Rahi have, or had, masks that were infected by the kraata that made them servants of Makuta. But even those who did not are called Rahi.
5. Can we see the ToL on the Flash movie?
Not yet, as far as I know.
6. Can Bohrok/Bohrok Va merged into Bohrok Kaita/Bohrok Va Kaita if they want to?
Not that I know of.
7. Do Bionicle character eat?
I don't believe so, but I don't have an official answer.
8. What's the power that changed the Bohrok-Kal?
They were mutated by the Bahrag.
Hope you can answer.

I asked Greg some more questions:
Greg, I have some questions about the Bohrok, and I would be very grateful if if you would answer them.
Thank you very much for your time.
1. You previousely said to another member that the Va were not tamed. But in the background of one of the panels on Comic #10, there is a squad of Kohrak Va working on the village! What's going on here?
Comic 10? There are no shots of villages in comic 10. Besides, I said the Va were not tamed -- I did not say that the Matoran didn't THINK they were tamed.
2. How were the Bohrok created? Were they built, did they evolve, or were they bred?
The Bohrok would have had to be built, I would think, because they are not alive.
3. Are the Bahrag biomechanical creatures like the Bohrok?
Yes, I believe so.
4. Were the Bohrok-Kal transformed by the Bahrag, and if so, how? If not so, how? And when?
Yes, they were, ages ago. They were mutated.
Again, thank you for your time.
I know, I know... I meant to say Comic #9, but I said 10 instead.

I just took out a couple from my large amount of questions. Don't worry, the others aren't important.
Me: Will the Toa Nuva use the exos to battle Makuta and the Rahkshi?
GregF: No
Me: How strong, fast, and smart can a kraata get in its six stage of development?
GregF: Very
Me: Do the kraata have any method of attack when they are out of the Rahkshi?
GregF: The kraata's main power is the ability to infect masks. It is not designed for combat.. it is designed for stealth.
Me: Will the kanohi nuva come in the kraata packs?
GregF: Yes, I believe so.
Me: Is the combined might of the Rahkshi, either kaita or seperate, comparable to the might of the Bahrag?
GregF: Probably more powerful, although they are not symbiotic.

Key: Greg-Mine
Here are mine in chronological order:
March 24th 2003:
1) In comic 11 the Bohrok are heading back to their nests, does this mean they will be safe, if so how are they going back into slumber -- when they hatched
The cover of their chamber was broken? Does this also mean the return of
The Bohrok in future storylines?
The Bohrok may come back someday, yes.
2) It has become apparent that the people who made and laid the masks
Throughout Mata-Nui, were the one who made the protodermis tubes
and the Exo-Toa. But is it possible that they made the Ussanui and the
Toa themselves?
Actually, no, as I understand it the people who made the masks are not the same people who made the protodermis tubes. You will learn who made the masks probably next year.
3) The Turaga will reveal to the Matoran (and a Kewa and Ussal called puku)
The gift of knowledge that will ultimately transform them, won’t they.
Was this same ‘gift’ used to give the Turaga their unique look that
Separates them from the Matoran? And why don’t they transform the
Toa so that they can protect Mata-Nui with the greatest of ease?
The Toa have already been transformed .. and no the secret did not make the Turaga look different. Something else did.
4) In one topic someone asked if Makuta would return after the Rahkshi,
And you said yes. But I don’t believe that person stated it so well, so
I’ll restate it… will Makuta return after the Mask of Light movie?
Yes, but in a different way .. you will understand when we reach '04.
5) Will there actually be enemies in the early quarter of 2004, and will there
Be any more ‘God’ (think Mata-Nui, Makuta) characters in any part of
The 2004-2005 span? And was the 2004 movie delayed until 2005 to coincide
With the end of that ‘book’?
No, the 2004 movie was delayed because of the amount of time it would take to produce it. There are new enemies in '04, but not sure when in the year they are being released.
6) In the November-December 2001 Lego Club Magazine there was a teaser
For the Bohrok, under it were the words ‘January 2002… The Truth Will
Hatch!’. But, what was the ‘truth’, is it something you aren’t revealing yet?
The truth was that the Bohrok came from Mata Nui... were a part of it... had a role to play... and might, in fact, be somehow related to the Toa.
7) You once told me that the Toa of Light would be an ongoing character in
The Bionicle mythos, but that eliminates the term ‘Six heroes – One destiny’
What do you intend to do with that?
Well, the destiny of the Toa was to free the Matoran from Makuta... IF that happens, then that catchphrase no longer applies.
March 26th 2003:
1) You said once in the Official Greg topic that Makuta would return, but
In a different sense, could this mean a prequel to the first ‘book’ of the
Bionicle legend? I mean, you did say that it was a good place for new people
To jump in and for the fans from the start to learn a bit about the Turaga and
Matoran.
That's one possibility, but I don't have a story bible for 2004 yet.
2) In a topic in General Discussion you said that IF the Toa defeat Makuta their
Destiny will have been fulfilled; does that mean something will happen to them? Or will everything be normal? In fact will they ascend to the heavens?
No, they won't ascend to the heavens. They may run into some newer challenges, down the road.
3) Someone asked you if the residents of Mata-Nui will discover any more
Islands in the future or that there will be more islands revealed, you replied
‘Yes and no’ does this mean that Mata-Nui was once/will be different from the
Current layout?
It basically means that the storyline is going to focus more on what's under the surface of the island, rather than on other islands.
4) What is the actual title of the Bohrok-Kal saga or was it part of the Bohrok
saga? Will there ever be a saga that explains the origins of the Turaga and
Matoran?
No title.. and yes.
5) Where are the canisters the Toa arrived in they seemed to just leave them on the each in their ‘landing’ site, and why did they land unassembled – wouldn’t it be better if they came out fully assembled?
I would assume the Matoran put the canisters someplace. As for why they arrived disassembled.. well, best reason I can think of is that the toy arrived disassembled too.
6) How do the Bahrag make the Krana? And where are the Krana stored
when not in use, do they go on the walls? That brings me to think, did the
people who made the Exo-Toa make the Bahrags lair?
I've never gotten close enough to a Bahrag to ask. And yes, it is very possible that the same beings built the Exo-Toa and the Bahrag lair.
March 27th 2003:
2) In one topic in general discussion you said that the
Kraata have been around long before the Rahkshi
and have been hunted by the turaga -- But then
you said they are a part of Makuta, if they came
from him then why have they been around so long?
Well, Makuta has been around for ages.
That brings up some sub questions:
A) Why did you say the Turaga have hunted them, but
not Matoran have hunted them?
Because the Turaga have done it quietly .. they didn't want the Matoran to panic.
B ) If they have been captured why didn't we see that
happen? And why don't the Matoran exploit them?
They are way too dangerous to be "exploited." And the comics, at least, have not focused on the activities of the Turaga. After all, the Toa didn't even know they were doing it.
C) How far back, have they been hunted that is.
Since shortly after the Matoran arrived at Mata Nui.
D) Do they speak or do the Rahkshi?
Nope to both.
3) You said the Bohrok may come back some day, but
how are they going to -- The Bahrag would have
been dealt with? This also brings up a few sub que-
stions:
No, the Bahrag are still imprisoned. So some way would have to be found to free them .. or the Bohrok would have to be brought back in some other capacity. It's also possible they may come back in a story where we learn how they came to be.
A) Do the Krana breath, and do they need nurishm-
ent?
I doubt they need to eat, but they might need to breathe.
B ) Do the Bohrok hatch with Krana in them?
Yes.
C) Once you said that the Bohrok are in some way rel-
ated to the Toa, what do you mean by that? Will
that be revealed in the '04 storyline?
No, it won't be revealed in '04. It is a story for a later date.
4) Were the caves of the Bahrag and underground
Kini-Nui (Mangaia) made by some ancient civilisat-
ion, or is that a secret for '04?
Well, you are at least partly right -- the caves and the nests and much of the underground were built by the same beings, most likely.
5) Will the beggining of 2004 bring new heroes? Bec-
ause you did say you didn't know when in the year
the enemies will be released?
At this point, it is looking like heroes in the early part of the year, new bad guys later in the year. But nothing is definite yet.
6) Are the Turaga way older than the Matoran?
No, not really. At least, I don't think so .. 2004 should answer a lot of that.
This is making the post uber huge, so i'm gonna' split the replys into
threes.

Key: Greg-Mine
Here are mine in chronological order:
April 1st 2003:
1) How did all those Rahi get infected masks, Makuta
couldn't put all those infected masks on all those
Rahi? That brings many other questions:
All Rahi wear masks, so it was just a matter of infecting them.
a- How did Makuta make infected masks?
Kraata infect masks when they touch them.
b- How are masks made anyway?
That you will have to wait until next year to find out.
2) Where in the Bahrag nests were the Bohrok-Va
sleeping before the Bahrag awoke, they didn’t
have chambers? And they had Krana of different
color, but did they have powers – why were they
different colors?
Krana are dormant colors until they are fitted into a Bohrok, and no the Va had no special powers. They were in a corner of the nest we did not show.
3) What did the ‘Before time’ look like?
Can't answer that, would give away too much of the story.
April 2nd 2003:
2) Were the Matoran masks made by the same peop-
ple who made the Great and Noble Kanohi? That
brings to mind a few other questions like:
Yes, probably.
a- Are all masks in the BIONICLE mythos called Kanohi?
As far as I know.
b- How or why do the Rahi have masks on them in the
first place?
That is a story for down the road.
c- Is the Vahi mask of time grey like all other Kanohi
when not being worn?
No, I don't believe it is, because it does not turn into a Toa color when worn. It remains orange.
d- When a Matoran has his/her Kanohi removed what
happens?
You should find out next year.. assume it is something bad.
3) Are Kratta slow movers or are they quick movers,
have you any news on a Kratta name yet?
I would see them as being pretty quick. I don't have legally approved names for them yet.
4) On Mask of Destiny a BIONICLE news site, a reporter who went to
the last Toyfair said that there was another third
special Kanohi (not the Mask of Light or the Mask of
Shadows, what is it?
If there is, I have no idea what it may be.
6) Why haven't the Matoran and Turaga tried to sail
very far from Mata-Nui? They have had plenty of
time to make the voyage, or isn't there anything of
interest out there beyond the area we can see?
I think they have basically had enough problems just surviving on Mata Nui without going out and looking for more trouble.
7) The tunnels (well most of them) under Mata-Nui
some nice architecture and patterns, but is it a who
or is it a what that made them? And did they also
make Kini-Nui?
Maybe it is a who AND a what You never know. Anyway, I can't really reveal that yet.
8) Back in the time when the Toa-Nuva were just
being brought to light there was this
teaser, they don't look like Rahkshi or Bohrok
-Kal, so what are they? (they don't look like Toa
either.)
I have heard two stories about the bumps in the protodermis-- one that they were meant to be Rahkshi, one that they were meant to be Toa Nuva. I have an email in to the original artist to get a definitive answer.
9) How many Bohrok, Bohrok-Va and Krana are there?
Also, are there any like Bahrag creatures? Who
or what made them?
Thousands. And no, I think the two Bahrag are the only two there are.
10) When Kopaka landed on Mata-Nui he emerged
from his canister, he also said his dreams were
dark ones. Does this mean they were asleep bef-
ore they landed on Mata-Nui?
I believe they were in stasis.
11) When is the Proto-Squad website going to be
updated next?
Soon.
12) After the Kal saga will the Toa still have the same
problem they have now, their disagrements? If so
will that effect the villages?
Yes, but it should not spill over into the Matoran.
13) After the Toa complete their destiny in defeating
Makuta will they transform somehow or will they
continue life as if nothing happened? Or will the
next 'book' be a prequil?
I don't have next book info yet, but I do know there are no immediate plans to transform the Toa again.

In another topic he said that the adventure concerning the Shadow Toa would be revealed in a schoolastic book.
So, while we MAY NOT have the game to see them, at least we might see them there.

Edit: Okay, FINALLY we have something about the bumps in the protodermis:
| QUOTE |
I finally had a chance to talk with the original artists who worked on the Toa Nuva image that included the now infamous "bumps in the protodermis" (about which I have received hundreds of questions). So I now know what they are --
They are NOT the Rahkshi. They are NOT the other Toa Nuva.
They are the kraata. But before you say, "They don't look like the kraata," the art was done before the final design of the kraata was finished, so there are some differences between the two.
Also, the image is not meant to be taken literally -- the kraata did not pop out of the protodermis when the Toa Nuva did, nor were they ever even in those particular tubes. It's meant to be symbolic of the fact that a new menace is arising even as the Toa Nuva come into being.
Mystery solved.

As he said, mystery solved.

I lost the PM. But I asked GregF if the Toa of Light was a permanent addition to the character lineup.
He responded: "There is no plans at this time to kill him off."
He was not able to tell me though if Takanuva will have a role in the story beyond the MoL movie.

So he won't die. There are plenty of other ways to rid yourself of a character. I'd expect his disappearance will have something to do with the legend surrounding him, most probably his entrance to the storyline will be his exit.
But of course, it would be interesting to see him stay. But wouldn't the answer have been a simple "yes" in that case?

Yeah. Another way to make him "disappear" but not die is to make him a renegade (my word for wanderer, don't know why I use it) and only appear when he helps the other Toa.

1. Where do the MoL Seahorse and Pirahna come into play? And what are there names? Are they Rahi?
All creatures on Mata Nui are Rahi. But these two are just background creatures in an underwater scene, they don't play a part in the story.
2. Will the Toa of Light be in the comics this year?
Yes.
3. Who built things like the Ussanui and the Exo? If you can't tell me, have you guys actually discussed that yet?
Yes, we know.
4. When will the Bohrok-Toa relationship be revealed? 2004?
No, not in 2004. 2004 has do with other secrets.
5. Why doesn't whoever make the masks just create a bunch of super-masks and give them to the Toa? It makes sense.
Maybe because they are not in a position to make anymore... you will find out more about this in 2004.
6. Who gave the Rahi the masks?
Makuta.
7. Does anything happen when a Matoran ir Turaga's mask gets removed?
Yes -- you can pretty much assume it is something bad.
8. What are Kraata labels, or names?
I don't have official ones yet.

Anyways, I just sent one to Greg, and here is part of the one I sent him today (I've sent him 2.)
| QUOTE |
Sorry to bother you again, but I just have to ask a few questions to clear some stuff up with Lord Lupus and I.
Anyways, can a Bohrok Kal function without the Krana Kal? No, Bohrok-Kal are artificial life just like Bohrok are. They still need their krana-kal as a "driver."
2. Can the Matoran use the masks that they use, e.g., Jala can make a force field protecting him? No. Matoran masks are ceremonial in nature. They do serve an important function, because losing his mask affects a Matoran the way it does a Toa -- but they do not have Great or Noble mask powers.
3. You said that the Matrorans used Protodermis to build things. Does that mean that they build Ussuls, or just that they build machinery with it? I believe Ussal crabs are living creatures, and Matoran cannot create life. They use it to build structures, tools, etc.
|
hehehehe..... I thought that about the Protodermis, but I thought that some people would want to ask.
Ok. The one I just sent him is an extension of number 2.

I know, I only asked 2 questions last time. On the bright side, I’m pretty sure that I didn’t ask any old questions.Sorry about last time and my pathetic attempt of questions. After this i won't bug you for a few months.i hope there's noting about the movie in here...
What’s with the Bohrok Va? Can they work without krana?
Yes, they carry krana, but they do not possess them the way Bohrok do. The Va work pretty much automatically, they are not driven by krana.
Do the same set combiners have any significance?
Yes, some do.
In the MNOLG the Po-Koran at the souvenir (I know someone did) stand says that the path of destiny was made by the ancient sculptors or something like it. Later on Hafu claims that he made the statues (on the Bohrok movie). Is there any significance?
Possibly - I didn't write MNOLG, so there's a lot of stuff in there whose origin I do not know.
If the symbols are the key to the protocage, then how come we’ve heard that a Xa Kal has to free the Bahrag?
You need both -- the symbols undo the lock, the Xa Kal reenergizes the Bahrag.
Any idea what the Rahkshi Kaiti will look like?
Yes, actually. And what is kind of cool is that there are two Kaita, but they don't look the same. They look really different.
Is there another island on the planet of unknown name?
Your guess is as good as mine.
Will anyone figure out what makes Micheal Jackson tick?(don’t answer that)
Do the Rahkshi fold up like Bohrok?
No.
If you flip Mata Nui upside down, it looks like a face. Is this Mata Nui and/or does it have any significance?
That's a question for another day.
Does Makuta make the Kraata with the kraata pans on his legs and chest?
I believe he pulls them out of himself.
I heard that the Rahkshi came out of the canisters (in their movies) that Akami and Wairuh didn’t chop open. Is this where they were stored or is it just a dupe?
I don't think that is the case. I don't believe that Makuta began creating the Rahkshi until after his first defeat by the Toa.
The sound files on the Kal CDs, is there a hidden link? Is it a test run? Were they trying to blow up the discs?
Have no idea what you're asking about.
Why couldn’t the Kal canisters been made just a little wider so the discs would fit through better? I had to open the plastic ‘case’ on the disc to fit it out.
That's not a question I can answer -- that has to do with product design and manufacture, not my area.
Any idea how much it costs to make a silver/metal krana or how much they’re worth?
No.
Can anything on Mata Nui be killed? If so, then why were the disabled Krana put in a pit? Would this be how the Nuva beat the Kal and Va? What did Jala mean in the MNOLG by “we lost many tohunga in rahi attacks”?
Yes, it is possible for people and things to lose their lives on Mata Nui.
Why would the new matoran carry the fishing nets if they aren’t weapons?
They're not fishing nets -- they are koli sticks.
What is the disk like thing that seems to fit in to the fishing net?
A koli ball.
So, if the new matoran assemble themselves like the Toa first did, they basically get obliterated (possibly for deed) and are given or find new parts?
Huh? Who said anything about them being obliterated?
Was the mol found by chance?(like Takua tipping)(also I’m not making refrence to proficies)
Can't answer movie plot questions.
Why were the Rahkshi powers mixed up?(that threw my chess board out the window real quick)
The stuff that appeared on the web came from a PR guide for ToyFair, which had errors in it. Fan sites just took it whole and posted it, instead of checking with anyone involved with BIONICLE first.
Can the Nuva Cube be destroyed?
I don't know.
A frequently asked question: How could the Toa beat the Kal if they have a shield protecting them from any outside attack?(metal krana)
Well, you will have to wait until May and find out...
Can Kraata control another creature?
Only in the sense that it can infect a mask and make the wearer a servant of Makuta.
What is Protoderms? In the commercial, we saw the Toa come out of it and then stand on it! What’s with that?
Protodermis is still something of a mystery, but it can be liquid or solid.... and can evidently alter its state very quickly.
You say the Vahi is orange because it is not a used color. Turaga Vakama’s masks are orange also. If they are a different color I wouldn’t know because I don’t have any.(I saw one though!)
Yes, but Vakama's masks are not Great Masks. The Vahi is an orange Great Mask.
Bringing up the Noble masks, it even says on the Kanohi power and worn by site it says the Toa must collect six noble masks in addition to their Great masks. Nothing to do with giving them to Turaga there!
But how often do you see the Toa or Toa Nuva wear the Noble Masks? They don't have enough raw power for a Toa to bother with them, they give them to the Turaga.
Can the Toa regain their powers if their symbols are all stuck on the cube?
No. They have to retake possession of the symbols.
If the Vahi can slow down time around a certain area, then if someone/something went to close or tried to attack, wouldn’t they de frozen as well?
Possibly. The trick is to get semi-close, get ready to attack, then suddenly return time to normal and strike before the opponent can react.
Where did the Rahkshi armor come from?
Can't answer, move plot question.
I noticed that the Rahkshi have the same body as the new matoran. Any significance?
Not that I know of.
In the mol trailer on line it says Makuta is immortal. If that’s true, will he never stop coming back?
I haven't seen that trailer, but I do not believe he is immortal.
Is it possible to uninfect a mask?
Not that I know of.
Yes, I know it’s long and I apologize for that; but in the long run it probably saves a lot of time!(by answering alot at once)
and let's not forget how much i thank you in advance!

seriously the last one!
Once again tons of questions. But don’t worry; I’m running out of ideas!
What do the Va containers look like?(ones not shown in MNOLG)
I don't know, we never did art for them.
Do Turaga have elemental powers?
Not that I know of, no.
Are the Bohrok’s elemental powers in the krana or the Bohrok?
The Bohrok.
What happened to the kraata the Turaga caught?
You'll find out in July.
Are the krana olda still alive despite their link to the Bahrag being broken?
Yes.
Do you have any pictures of the unfinished kraata aka Proto – crocs?
No, I don't get much in the way of concept art.
Would you rather have lots of questions in one message or fewer questions in lots of shorter messages?
Makes no difference.
On the Kanohi Nuva site it says that an infected mask can be worn by any creature on Mata Nui. How is this possible when there are creatures that don’t wear masks?
Just because they don't wear them doesn't mean they can't wear them.
How would a kraata attach to a toa’s face?
The toy can attach in much the same way that the krana do, but they will not be attaching in the storyline.
In every series, will there be some kind of mask/face control parasite thing? Will Lewa always somehow manage to get controlled by one?
No, and no.
Is there going to be a movie to wrap up or finish each of the ‘books’ or as I think of them, chronicles?
I have no idea. Probably depends on how the first one does.
If we BZPers can add the Vahi to the storyline, then how fixed is the remaining portion of Bionicle?
Part of the reason that the Vahi could be added to the storyline is that I came up with the Kal storyline (with assistance from the rest of the team), but the rest of the story team was focused more on the movie story. So I had a lot more flexibility with what I could do with the Kal story.
Might there be Rahkshi Nuva series?
Not that I know of.
What’s up with Bionicle: The Album?
As far as I know, that deal is on hold.
Why do the 3d characters look like they were attacked by Levahk Kal and and their masks got vacuumed to their faces?
Have no idea what you are talking about.
Do you get mad at members because you think we’re spaming?
No, I don't get a lot of spam. If someone sends me dumb PMs, I just stop reading theirs in future.
Did Makuta control the Bahrag?
No.
You said that it is bad for a matoran to not have a mask. In the MNOLG they seem to be just startled when their masks come off and run away. What could be so bad? Do the kanohi give them life?(I know you can’t answer that)
You're right, I can't.
Just for the record, and because I probably have more time to be on BZP, could you just tell me what the rules of Koli are so I can post them for you?(yes in a new topic also)
No, I have been asked not to post them because BIONICLE.com plans to post them.
How do you keep your sanity all day?
I don't.
What did you do before you worked in the Bionicle division?
BIONICLE is just part of my job. I also write for the LEGO Magazine, the Shop At Home catalog, and some of the web stuff.
What’s the new site on Bionicle.com about? Right now it seems kind of pointless.
Which new site?
Just how much do you really use your computer?
Constantly.
Are any other people involved with the comics or other aspects of Bionicle going to become members?
I have no idea, that's up to them.
Do the kraata live after Makuta is removed?
You would have to ask them.
In the trailer it says that Makuta is immortal. So basicly, he’s coming back again and again and again and again and again and again…
And he’ll always be around and around and around…
(the music guru thing)
I personally do not believe he is immortal.
How come some Rahi have more than one mask?
Maybe more than one is needed to control them.
Does the MNOLG involve Rahkshi?
Yes.
What do you think about when you’re making a comic?
How to fit everything into 12 pages.
Is it hard to learn how to change online stuff?
I don't know, that isn't part of my job.
How come there weren’t any Korahk/Ko Koro updates? White is discriminated against!!!!!
Will we ever find out everything about Bionicle? Will the story die if we do?
I doubt you will ever know everything.. is there anything in the world you ever find out everything about?
Would you like it if someone sent you a message that didn’t contain questions about Bionicle?
I can't imagine why they would.
Will there be anymore new masks or heroes?
Can't answer it.
By obliterated I meant you said that the matoran changed themselves the same way as the toa did when the first camee to Mata Nui. Understand what I meant better now?
No.
Could the Korahk’s handsheids spin and be used as a weapon?
No.
It shows Kopaka using the noble masks by changing them all in one mask. If he used them like that, then how could he separate the gret masks from the noble masks? Rephrased, how can masks de combined into one mask and then separated for the Turaga?
I'm not sure I understand what you're referring to. Toa can call upon masks as they need them, but they obviously don't carry all six or 12 with them at once. They summon them from elsewhere.
Were the Bohrok awake before?
Possibly.
Thanks in advance as many PMs you have read have said. I’m sure this will be the last of me for a loooong time. K?
here is mine:
| QUOTE |
hey i hope ur not too busy..if not here are some questions
#1if all the toas blasts into one creates proto and changes them, how come they didnt change when fighting makuta? Because, while they fired at Makuta simultaneously, they did not actually combine their powers into one stream of force. Each attack hit separately.
#2why havent we seen the copper huna in the storyline? My understanding is that copper masks are ceremonial, therefore there really hasn't been any room to fit it in (in the comic, at least).
#3does the copper mask have any additional powers? Again, I may be wrong, but the only copper makss I am aware of are the Copper Masks of Victory.
#4what purpose does the copper komau serve? See answer to 3.
#5where did nuparu get the parts not included with the gahlok to build the boxor-i mean its not like he carries all the parts in his backpack? He no doubt crafted them from solid protodermis.

| QUOTE | I'm sorry to bother you again, so I will make ABSOLUTE SURE that I get all my questions in here. ------
1. Now that we know what the extent of Lerahk's powers are, what is the extent of the other five powers? Not sure what you mean by "extent." The powers are pretty self-evident, I think. Thanks
2. What will the attacks look like? Like for example, I see Shatter and Topple as slamming the staff into the ground and it cracking, like Pohatu did in MNOLG, or, by some miracle, you've watched the second-to-last episode of Transformers: Robots in Disguise, what Galvatron did to create the lava burst?
That may happen, but in some cases those powers are used at range, so there is no need for ground-slamming. Hmm. Neat. Until then, one can dream, can't he?
3. When I meant dud, I meant that something that doesn't appear in the storyline. So... will the... thing on the back of the Makuta box appear in the storyline? The Makuta-Jaller-Takua combo may appear in the comic, it is not in the movie. Hmmm... ~goes off theorizing names~
4. Can you give us an idea HOW Makuta will pull the Kraata out of himself? Will he shoot them out like a slot machine? Genetically breed them in that emerald reliquary in the movie? Or stick his hand in his gut and yank it out?
Wait and see Hmmm...
5. What are the lightstones/heatstones made of?
I will have to go back and check. D'oh! 6. Will the Toa of Light stay after the movie? Or will he die or something?
No plans for him to die that I know of. Good 7. How long do YOU think Bionicle's going to last?
I can't really say, it depends on how long the toys sell. Good enough for me! 8. Have you even CONSIDERED using something from within the vast forums that make up BZP in your storyline?
No. First off, the overall storyline comes from a story bible prepared by the story team overall -- with the exception of the Kal story, I don't have leeway to make major changes. Secondly, if I use someone else's story idea, LEGO could get sued -- which is why i don't read any fan fic. I understand. 9. What is your favorite set, past or future? I vote Makuta.
Makuta is very nice.. I also like the Exo-Toa a lot. Exo's neat, but a pain to build... 10. Is it possible for the Toa to discharge their elemental power without their weapons? Because in comic #1, Kopaka said "The power is in me. The sword is but the focus." In my opinion, they can discharge, but it would be highly unstable and fly everywhere like a bomb.
I think you are probably close to right... it would be highly dangerous, if even possible. Weird... ~straps on hardhat and ducks as Kopaka explodes in Ice energy~
And finally, the million-dollar question: Do you ever get tired of getting bombarded by these questions?
Only when I get the same ones a lot (no, not any of yours this post), because people haven't bothered to check the forums and see the answer has already been posted. (I've answered "why is the Vahi so dangerous?" like 97 times now.) Wow... -----

Hi again mr Farshtey.
I have a few questions for you.
who wrote the Bionicle Bible? The BIONICLE story team, which is based in the US and in Europe.
where is the cave that the Turaga put the Kraata in?(if you cant give me an exact, could you at least give a Koro?)Po-Wahi.
how far did the Bahrag move between comic #8, and comic #11?(if at all)Further down.
where were you on the night of friday the 4th? hm?(disregard this Q, I couldn't resist)are there any more foil comics planned? Not sure.
will there be any more "shrunk" comics at McD's?That depends on if we do another McDonald's promotion.
do you have copies of all the omics?(including promo's and the ones that came in the canisters?)Yes, I think so.
If a Kraata is removed from its Rahkshi, can another take its place? It would have to be of the same "species" of kraata, I think.
would an unKraataed Rahkshi be like a unKraned Bohkrok?(reprogramable)No. It would basically be an empty suit of armor.
these next few are questions about you( you don't have to answer all of them, but please try to answer as many as possible)
how old are you?37
what computur do you type BZP stuff in?(home work, or other)? Both. Work, usually.
where do you live(state)?CT
have you ever met the LEGO president?Yes.
were you ever a boy scout? No.
where did you grow up?(state)NY
will we ever see a pic of you?I can't see why you would
thanks in advance.

seems like evry time i go to PM him, the list of Q's that was in my head dissapears, and I have to think up more Q's, and then as soon as I send the PM, I remember all the Q's that I was gonna ask him. :

coninued from an earlier Q...
the previous:
It shows Kopaka using the noble masks by changing them all in one mask. If he used them like that, then how could he separate the gret masks from the noble masks? Rephrased, how can masks de combined into one mask and then separated for the Turaga?
I'm not sure I understand what you're referring to. Toa can call upon masks as they need them, but they obviously don't carry all six or 12 with them at once. They summon them from elsewhere.
so that could be like a suva?and the refrence was to MNOLG.
Yes, a suva.
and Jordan, you could just save your Qs to a word processing program and paste them in.

Just a few questions I asked him.

Sorry to bother you, but I have some more questions:
1. Can you give a hint to what enemy is after the Rahkshi? No.
2. There was a theory flying around that Mata Nui was the creator of the Bahrag, as a "defense system" and that Makuta tampered with them because he was jealous, so Mata Nui put them away to fix, but never got a chance to. When the Toa fought Makuta he woke them. That's why the Bahrag called the Toa "brothers" and wanted to change the land to the way it was before time. Can you prove or disprove this theory?
No, as far as I know Makuta did not tamper with the Bahrag. They and the Bohrok were carrying out their original mission.
3. Can you give a hint to what is in the cinema-release movie? No.
4. How many PM's from BZP members do you get every day? About 25.
Thanks, HN |

At what time frame (year, month, etc.) will we learn about:
The Toa's creation
The other islands around Mata-Nui
Matoran Reproduction
The Secret of the Bahrag, Bohrok, Kal, and Va, along with their creators
I have no idea... the overall story arc for all seven books is known only to the heads of the story team. I know what is happening through 2004 at this point. Some things, like islands around Mata Nui, may never come up because they may not be important to the story.
Also, I heard from (I think) the Proto Squad member that the ToL is Takua Nuva, not Takanuva. If it isn't, why the one part name? Is Taka maybe a name change for Takua like Jaller was for Jala? That would maybe mean that his name is Taka Nuva...
Takanuva is one word, not two, and Takua's name is not changing -- it is Takua in the movie.
What can you tell me about the Ussanui?
All I know about it, based on seeing the movie, is that the Toa Nuva construct it based on in instructions from Takanuva, and that it has special places on it where you can put kraata so it can home in on Makuta. I don't know if it is alive or not, although based on what I have seen, I would tend to think not. But that's just my opinion.

can you tell me what is the power of the mask of light?
No.
2. do the kraata have leg's?
Yes, sort of, in the movie they do. The toys don't.
3.will the rahkshi in the storyline come right after the bohrok kal?
Yes.
4.why did takua leg color change'd does it have something to do with the storyline?
You mean in the movie? It came about as part of his rebuilding.
5.can the krana talk?
No, but the krana-kal are able to communicate telepathically.
6.how can the rahkshi fly?
That is just one of their powers.
thank you very much for your time

ok, here's what I got from GregF:

| QUOTE | | QUOTE | | QUOTE | Hi, I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. In the "Official Greg Discussion" topic, I saw a question you answered:
| QUOTE | 2) In one topic in general discussion you said that the Kraata have been around long before the Rahkshi and have been hunted by the turaga -- But then you said they are a part of Makuta, if they came from him then why have they been around so long?
Well, Makuta has been around for ages.
That brings up some sub questions:
A) Why did you say the Turaga have hunted them, but not Matoran have hunted them?
Because the Turaga have done it quietly .. they didn't want the Matoran to panic.
B ) If they have been captured why didn't we see that happen? And why don't the Matoran exploit them?
They are way too dangerous to be "exploited." And the comics, at least, have not focused on the activities of the Turaga. After all, the Toa didn't even know they were doing it.
C) How far back, have they been hunted that is.
Since shortly after the Matoran arrived at Mata Nui. |
It sounds like the matoran came from some place else! Do you think you could tell me? Or will we find out later in the Bionicle storyline?
Thanks for taking the time to read this!
gb99 |
Oh, well, the fact they came from elsewhere is no big secret -- remember, the original legend is that the the Great Spirit Mata Nui brought his people to this island, which they then named in his honor. So they had to have come from elsewhere, which indeed they do.

Well, do you think you could tell me exactly where they come from? Or is that something we'll have to wait and find out about? Or will we ever find out at all?
Thanks again!
gb99 |
Oh, you will definitely find out...but I can't share it, it's part of a future storyline and I would get into trouble.

Thanks for the info GregF!
I know it's probably not much, but at least it's something right? Hmm, sounds like we're going to find out about where the matoran came from!

Hi, Mr. Farshtey. I have some questions that you may not be allowed to answer in detail, but I would appreciate any kind of response. 1. Can you give any info on how Takanuva is summoned/awoken in the movie? No, I can't. I am not allowed to give away movie plot points. 2. Does the Ussanui vehicle fly? (You've probably answered this before, but I haven't seen it posted.) I don't think so, no. 3. Why do the Toa Nuva build the Ussanui? Aren't there Matorans with better skill than them at construction? My guess is the Matoran are otherwise occupied at the time. 4. When removed, can a kanohi be worn by someone other than its original wearer? Or are they non-transferable? Also, if a Toa's kanohi gets knocked off, will they lose all the kanohi nuva they have collected or just the one they were using at the time? (I kind of think they just lose the one, since they call upon the powers of kanohi from their suva, where they are physically located.)
When a Kanohi is not being worn, it turns all gray. If say, Lewa loses his mask, and it turns gray, then Gali could pick it up, don it, and it would turn her color. So they are not exclusive, no. If a Toa loses his mask, he also loses access to all of his other masks. He must be wearing a mask to summon another.
5. If you don't mind a personal question ... do you use an Apple or a PC at work? I use a PC at work, and at home. Thanks a bunch! You are such an awesome guy.

The rahkshi can form a kaita(or a nui)?
Yes.
If they can do it,what names they will have?
Dont know yet.
Were the Vahi was hidden?
Vakama had it.
Tahu Nuva will lost the Vahi(I think that he will lost the Vahi or he will defeat the rahkshi easily)?
No,he doesnt lose it.But is incredibly dangerous to use,and for other reasons Tahu wont think of it(reasons which will obvious when you see the movie).
