Comet Ball Traitor

I think a long time ago Makuta created an Island but before he descended upon it Mata Nui came and divided the villagers by sealing them in six different enviroments and brought with him six evil turaga to convince the villagers that he had created him. Then when Makuta arrived Mata Nui said that Makuta had come to take over the Island even though Makuta only really wanted peace. Makuta was forced to Make some Rahi to rid the Island of Mata Nui. But then Mata Nui called six evil great beings called toa and lied to the villagers saying they were they're heroes and had his evil turaga back up these lies. The toa came and overpowered the gentle Makuta sending him to sleep. Only a toa of light can now defeat the evil of Mata Nui and his evil toa and turaga
Sounds crazy right But can you prove me wrong

I don't think LEGO® would make such a drastic change as that. If the Turaga were evil, they would be fighting against the Matoran, and if the Rahi were good, then they'd still be working in harmony with the Matoran. Also, Mata Nui CANNOT be evil according to the legend of Bionicle, which says that Mata Nui descended from Paradise to take care of all living things.

You are forgetting that it is the turaga that told the Matoran all those things. The turaga do not fight the Matoran because the want to rule them not destroy them and the Rahi do not attack the Matoran on purpose they are after the turaga and toa. Mata Nui can be evil because it is just the turaga that told tham that they weren't

Then take a look at this official info from Bionicle.com:| QUOTE |
| At the dawn of time the great spirit Mata Nui was sent down from paradise to care for all living things. He brought joy and light to the islanders now known as the Matoran. The Matoran thanked him by naming their island in his honor. The world was a joyful place, until Makuta, Mata Nui’s spirit brother, secretly followed him from paradise. Makuta envied how the Matoran worshiped his brother’s goodness, so after a mighty struggle he cast a spell, which made Mata Nui sink into an endless sleep. But still the Matoran would not worship Makuta. So Makuta brought dark places to the land where the Matoran dare not go for all the wicked beasts, which Makuta did truly rule. While Mata Nui slept, the Matoran’s powers and skills were weakened by Makuta’s dark powers. But the Matoran kept faith in Mata Nui, and the Legends of The Bionicle, which told them six mighty heroes called Toa would liberate them from Makuta and his beasts. |

CBT must be looking at the story from the Makuta's point of view.
Unless he(?)'s on about the fabled Shadow Toa and Shadow Turaga...

For your theory to be true, Makuta would have to have been lying about a whole lot in his conversation with the toa. This would be a good idea for a comedy, though.

CBT, once again you've unveiled a new depth to your crazed and twisted mind

But what you're saying could have meaning. It's the Bionicle legend according to Makuta as Nihali said.
Good thinking CBT but I do doubt LEGO would make such an in depth story line change. It wouldn't do much to the older Bionicle audience, but it could make smaller kids upset, knowing that they had been playing with the 'Baddies' all along and beating up the 'Goodies'.

Makes sense, but I don't think the writers would put in such a complicated twist. Little kids would not understand.
Why does evil never win?

I dont believe this whole theory, but if its true, the Legend of Bionicle would be fake, right, cause the Turaga told it and they lie.
