I know there are a million topics about how everyone knows who the toa of light is....but i was watching the old cd that comes with the first toa,and it talks about how makuta is mata nui's evil brother,and it hit me......mata nui is the toa of light,cuz in one of the magazines it talks about how he will wake up someday....and he awakens do defeat his evil brother,and he comes in the form of the toa of light!!!Post your thoughts or disagreements on my great topic

No he's not The Comic writer Gregf has stated over ten times that Mata nui is not the TOL in his posts .

I'm force to agree on this one. I'm not sure if GregF officially said that Takanuva wasn't Mata-Nui...but I do know that GregF has said there are no plans at this time to wake Mata-Nui in the near future.

And for Mata-Nui to be the ToL...he'd have to wake up.

I agree with you T-Hybrid. And in addition to that.. WHy would u want Mata Nui to wake up. That would mean the close end to the BIONICLE Universe. I think that the fight between Mata Nui and Makuta will take place on another level, a More spirtual level. Right now I dont' think Makuta is in his real form. I think that this is just the form he has inhabited in order to get his dirty work done. I dont' think the MOL will destroy him. It will only destroy his second form. Only to force him to find another form to come back again. SO i think that he is going to come back again. And we might get a new set.

Please dont' wish Mata Nui awake lol.. I want more comics, and more sets. I hope he is sleep for 6 to 10 years. so we can have more sets. and more BIONICLE.

I think GregF said Mata-Nui wouldn't do anything until the end. Besides, the bohrok were sleeping, that doesn't mean they're theToL.

Yeah... GregF had already said that Gali, Tahu, Hahli, and the rest of the Toa are all not the TOL, but Mata-Nui he has said countless times is not... so it leaves Takua, and Jaller, and Maku, and maybe Huki.

To put it simply, no. Greg said that Mata Nui won't be waking up for quite some time. (At least several books!)

Well if Mata-Nui wakes up it will be the end of Bionicle cause the Toa have to free him. But I would want to see him how he looks like sleeping............
