so protodermis is the before layer.cud this mean that the barahg were trying to flood mata nui with protodermis?it would certantly explain it's abundance in their caves...

Dunadan1000... YOu know what is one of the best theories that I have seen in a long time. It makes alot of sense. The earth is made up of multiple layers. The layer that we live on now is not the layer that the Dinosaurs lived on. You can look at the Grand canyon and see that there several layers. Lots of times when volcanoes erupt or blow up they bring the surface alot of material that was in the ancient surfaces of the earth. So you might have a very good theory there. Good deductive reasoning.

I don't think the Bahrag flooded Mata Nui. I think the proto layer was the surface layer during the Before-time, and the Bahrag were buried when mata nui came.

And I suppose in this flood of proto some spark of intellegentence developed and Thus the evolution of the creatures of matanui began...

No, I think that the proto bit means that it will be used to make something else. But very good theory about floods. That would be cool.

maybe gadok and cahdok were the first borhok and high amounts of proto made the bahrag
