Okay, I'm not flaming you, I'm just asking for some more details, 'cause I'm a little confused:
1. Why would the Rahkshi do that? The Rahkshi are servants of Makuta, wouldn't it just be okay with them if the Kal destroyed the Nuva for them?
2. Why would the Rahkshi reveal themselves to Mata Nui so soon? I mean, if the Toa Nuva knew about the Rahkshi, wouldn't they try to defeat them?
3. If the Rahkshi defeated the Kal, what then? They would destroy the weakened Toa Nuva, and that would be stupid.

The Rahkshi probably want to destroy the toa themselves. So they take out the kal because they are in the way.

You know that might work, because Greg F. has told us that the rahkshi will be making an appearence in the 12 comic {I'm pretty sure he said 12th} But then tahu wouldn't have to use the vahi, and would be kinda stupid. Though I think it owuld be cool to see the toa really beaten up the vahi didn't do the job and the kal are gonna free the bahrag, but then the rahkshi nail them and tell the toa that now is not their time to die.

The Rahkshi appear at the end of Comic 12, but who said they'll stick around? Right now, they could just be scouting.
Anyway, it'd be too confusing if the bad guys start to fight amongst one another, so the Toa Nuva will defeat the Bohrok-Kal.

I think that it's kind of like Takua in the Bohrok nest, it's just to leave a sense of foreboding and mystery to keep you interested, so that when the next wave of Bionicles comes out, you'll be there.
