They did not use them. I don't know why. It would have let them win over the toa. All so strange...

They couldn't give the powers to themselves, but they could augment the Bohrok-Kal to include them.

No, I don't believe that Cahdok and Gahdok have Kal powers. I think that Cahdok and Gahdok gave the Kal special powers just incase they were...in the situation they're in now. ( if they're still alive )

I doubt it. If they did than they would've wiped out the toa. But of course I bet they could've armed themselves with their powers, but who would challenge them? I'm sure they were a tad bit overconfident. So I say, nay.

Note that the Bahrag have all the powers of the Bohrok swarms, which does not include the powers of the Bohrok Kal. Thus, they do not have the powers of the elite Bohrok (the Kal), but just the powers of the normal rank-and-file Bohrok.
