Stupid question. The Kal were created the same time as the bohrok, but were put asleep, only to awaken if the Bahrag were captured. The bahrag are their own thing.

Actually, in one of the Answers articles, GregF said that the Kal are morphged Bpohrok, so they must be newer. He also said in the newest one (I think) that the Makuta and the Bahrag do not work together.

Please don't be so rude, it is a very good question actualy -- we don't
know who made the Bahrag but they are probably higher up than them.

there is no higher rank than queen (unless you're playing poker blackjack you get the idea) there are no other ranks.
