they need kal powers to really be strong. The elements are too overused

Umm.. only Vohraak has elemental powers. He get's them via a maelstrom, and copies them from the Nuva

First of all your first post makes no sense with the topic, and I always thought that like Nuhvok above that Vohraak is the only one with them with elemental powers, and anyways their powers are strong perhaps better than the Kal in my oppinion.---The toa of Light Takua
