What village is Takua from? Is he from Ta-koro or what?

Ta-Koro is correct. Takua was banned from there once because of his wandering spirit.

Yes he is from Ta koro. He travels to the other villages, helping the turaga and tohunga. That is why Ta koro considers him an outcast.

I think takua is just a traveler that lives know where.

Did they ever give an official response to that?

I mean, I know he was banished, and I know he lives there now with the Guard, but did they ever say where he first came from? I mean, He just showed up on a beach near Onu-Koro in the earliest Game (timeline wise).

OK. The first GBA game is ealier than the MNOLG, so I want to know where is he at the beginning of GBA game.

He is from Ta-koro, because in the MNOLG, when you ask who you are to vakama, I forgot what it said, but something about being from Ta-Koro.

You really can't trust mask or feet when it comes to Matoran I mean if they dids count I would be Onu-koran. But yeah the torso from my experience is always right so that would make him Ta-koran.

Takua was banned from Ta-Koro due to his nature of wandering... he summoned the Toa to the island, then blacked out by something hitting him... now, enter MNOLG's storyline... We see Maku, we start the journey to Makuta... so my guess is he is property of Ta-Koro, wears a Ga-Koro mask to keep himself seperate from the crowd, can play Koli, can dig, can see wisdom, can swim, can lava-surf, and can fly. Let's review:
Koli=Po-Koro, Dig=Onu-Koro, Wisdom=Ko-Koro, swim=Ga-Koro, Lava-surfing=Ta-Koro, and flying=Le-Koro. He is technically from all the koros, then.

if i were a Mod, i'd close this because it's been answered multiple times, and he didn't have a ruru , it was a pakari, because if you noticed that he and onua had the same mask, then you wouldsa figured that out, the only reason it looked like that was because they couldn't get it to look exactly like a real (to us) pakari because then it wouldn't go with the style of animation that they used

Takua is from Ta-koro. If you played the game, once you beat it the big Vakama speach happens were he asks Takua to come home. Also in the game when you go to Ta-Koro another Matoran says he has your lava surfboard.

i agree with 3dman2.but who were Takua's parents?i'm geussing his mom is the astrologer because of his mask.but i'm still thinking about who was his dad.

how does he know you , he said
"there is no time for jokes, remember all your good deeds, and what brought you out of our village"
or something like that, so he's from Ta-koro

I agree with what it says in Israeli Toa's epic: From Boys to Men. In there, they speak about him being born to Ta-Koronan father and a Ga-Koronan mother, which makes sence because of his blue mask.

Erm, I don't think Takua would get his mask from a Nui-Jaga, if you mean he found it. Nui-Jaga masks are supposed to be infected.

In the GBA Takua start out on an Onu-Koronan beach. He has a blue Pakari, a grey head and body, yellow arms and red feet.

Takua was not banned from Ta-Koro. The Ta-Koronan THOUGHT he was an outcast.

KBT, at the end of the MNOLG Jala leads a group of Ta-Koronan to Kini-Nui to help fight the Rahi. One has a black body; in the GBA each village has a Matoran w/ purplish arms, and a green feet and head. Some Onu-Koronans in the GBA are even part blue.

In the MNOLG, Vakama says that only those who dwell in Ta-Koro know the art of lava surfing.

Takua seems to use Ta-Koro as his home base. He travels there with Jala after the Bohroks' defeat; he can lava surf; Vakama is the only one who remembers him in the MNOLG; he travels to Ta-Koro w/ Vakama at the end of the MNOLG; he is in the Guard etc

I think I heard GregF believes that no new Matoran have come to Mata Nui since Makuta's arrival. I think it is also said that he says there is no official source that says Matoran reproduce. Plus, color has nothing to do with what village you are from.

Takua wanders from village to village in order to chronicle Mata-Nui's history but he seems to be most at home in the fire village.

Most all of us know Takua is from Ta-Koro. He is part of the guard there, and he has a red body. All Ta-Korians have a red body, Ga-Korians, blue, and so on. This is really an obvious question. A Mod needs to close this topic, or move it to a questions forum. This is no theory, it's fact. This topic is pointless and the question has been answered numerous times. I don't know why it continues. It's three pages of "He's from Ta-Koro!"

we wake up in the mnolg with a difrent mask, and abnisha. nui-jaga incident. (that was'nt yet infected.)

we find ourselfs wandering all around, and when we get too ta-koro, we find vakama, who says: "I do not know what brought you back too this village, but you should take care; threr are those who remember you."

that's enough to convince me he's from ta-koro. whatcha think?

Vakama said that only Ta-Matorians can lava surf and Takua can lava surf so he must be from Ta-Koro.
