I have 2 questions,

1: does he get a MoV cause he was promoted?

2: did the Mods know that there was a promotion scedualed for today, and just not know who for? (their posts seem to imply that)

Okay, I thought that if you were givin a staff position from now on that you would get a MoV, and that it was only current ones that didn't get it(yes I know he was a ST, but I thought cause of the promotionhe might get one)
