Full Version: How The Bohrok Came To Be

Here goes: The Krana once were a species, a slow, weak yet intelligent species that had a terrible life span. The Bahrag, like great beings, decended from Paradise to help these Krana, claiming themselves the goddesses of the Krana. They took the Krana and put them inside the Bohrok, machines created for them. The Krana loved it for a short while, but the catch of the deal was unnoticed: The Krana lost their souls. The Bahrag had used them as tools to create their army.

The Bahrag were obsessed with destruction, so they destroyed the island using these Bohrok. The Bohrok destroyed all possible until the Kal came out: specialized Bohrok with supreme powers to rearrange the island's geometry itself. When the island was nothing but a pile of wet sand, the twins put their Bohrok in stasis for the next million years: until new creation came along, more to destroy.

They repeated this process for millions of years: Soulless warriors driven by destructomaniacs. Every million years, more stasis and more to destroy.

This time there was life, brought from others in Paradise who had forgotten about the Bohrok. The armies were jolted out of their stasic thousands of years early because of Makuta and his battle vs. the Toa. They went out to destroy like usual, but were stopped in their tracks.

"The Before Time" refers to many times: every million years back, there is a Before Time, which is nothing but an island of sand.

When Cahdok said "You cannot imagine what you have unleashed" she was reffering to the Kal. The Kal, the Bahrag believed, were near-gods because of their power. The Kal were made to communicate and think so they could get their job done quickly. Rome wasn't built in a day, esspecially by people who couldn't speak.

nice idea but i dont think the bahrag are evil guy's who just want to destroy evrything no i think there's more then that in the bahrag mind

And the "Before Time" part is wrong too. According to the legend, in the Before Time, Mata-Nui was a tropical paradise, and not a big pile of sand. And on the Toa mini-CDs, it says: "At the dawn of time, the great spirit Mata-Nui came down from Paradise to care for all living things". I don't expect that much to live in a pile of sand, but there will be a little. But I think the next part must be right.

yeah, and the fact that the bahrag make the krana themselves, so that can't be right

The Bahrag make the Krana with the blueprints of the species themselves, and grow them in tanks for them to be soulless.

Takua II: Just because Mata-Nui came to take CARE of all living things dosent mean he didn't bring them. Or they could have developed on the island themselves. Or came from another island. The trees and other "tropical" things sprouted from seeds from other islands. The island developed quitee a bit in a million years, so the Prophecies which know only one Before Time described it as tropical. The Bohrok's Before Time is different.

israelirahkshi, the Bahrag have done nothing more than destroy. And destroying isn't always evil. Of all the Great Beings, I believe there are some evil ones and some good ones. Makuta evil, Mata-Nui good, and the Bahrag tools of evil, probably sent down by another, eviler Great Being. In fact, there could be Bahrag on other islands. That would maybe be why the Matoran would leave a different island and come here. The Bohrok attacked! And the Turaga remember the Bohrok, explaining why they know so much about them.

This is neat! I don't think the bahrag made the krana either!-thunder

This is good. Has been proven wrong in cases, but still mighty fair

Yes, it's unlikely, but a good story-ish theory. It almost completely works, and I could change it slightly to make it work. What proves it wrong?

Anyways Off Topic: NK, I'm still working on that Bohrok report, which has nothing to do with this theory, cuz in the report the Bohrok are seen as living.
The Order of Mata-Nui
Well, I like it. No matter how non-believable it is! Even tho it's not true. happy.gif

What? Since when? It says that the bahrag are the twin queens of the BOHROK swarm!

I say they are controlled by krana, or possibly kratta!

...Hm. well, it could be true, we don't know yet. I just thought It'd be a fun little theory, not actually trying for true, more for story.
