If the Toa Nuva go back into protodermis three things could probably happen:
1. Nothing can happen, the protodermis will be solid as a rock
2. Nothing will happen, the liquid will just slide off the Toa.
3. The overwhelming power of liquid protodermis will consume the Toa Nuva, frying them to a small pile dust which will be lost in a sea of protodermis.


Also, GregF has said thet there are no plans as of yet to transform the Toa again. I think the Nuva form is the true form of the Toa, and they are as powerful as they will ever get.

well the toa nuva went into the protoermis when they were battling the bahrag.i dont really think that they remember where the protoermis is because when they turned into the toa nuve they didnt mean to go into the protoermis and change into toa nuva

They can't get back to the Protdermis anyway! iN the fith Bohrok comic, the roof collapsed, and the Toa Nuva barely escaped.

They might be able to get back though. I'm not sure...

It might not have a good effect, it might make them weaker, or even kill them. After all, they didn't go in there on purpose the first time. I have a feeling it's very powerfull and unpredictable when it's in liquid form, (well, I know that it's powerfull) and it could be dangerous. Think of what happened the first time, the Toa looked like they were in pain, and it just so happens that they had more power when they came out. How many times do you think someone could go through that process?
