In comic 10(or maybe 9), Onua Nuva says "And keep your eyes open for Kanohi Nuva masks". But they never showed or mentioned the Toa Nuva finding any. And they havn't used them yet if they did find them. Why didn't they use them to help find the Bohrok Kal? They could use each others masks (since Kanohi Nuva's powers can be shared), but if so, why did Onua Nuva say that??? Are they going to use them later in the story line? Or maybe they did that just for the profit of everybody collecting the toys of them? I doubt it. I just can't figure it out.......

Well they hardly mentioned the finding of all of the original Kanohi but they did find them. Notice that it hardly mentioned the Toa's tracking of the Kal. They may have found some. And they have a couple of weeks until the Rhakshi appear so they probably have time. They do find them all eventually. Hopefully before the Rahkshi.

Well the whole Kal saga was a race against time. The toa nuva had to keep up with the kal so they couldn't go out of their way to find masks. They would have to really search because you don't just find a kanohi nuva by walking around a bit. I agree that they will probably find some between now and when the Rahkshi come. Comic 12 does mention training and finding masks counts as training. I don't believe they'll find them all but they may find some. They may even find some in the movie.

Do you mean they're too powerful? I think that even if the Toa Nuva obtained all of their kanohi nuva, the Rahkshi would still be more than a match for them. I once questioned GregF on the power of the Rahkshi and he said that in a group they surrpass the powers of the Bahrag and could deafeat them. Remember, you still have a number of kraata that could possibly infect the nuva's masks. I think that the Toa Nuva need all the power they can get. Luckily they have the help of the Seventh Toa, the ToL (angelic songs start to play).

P.S. Could Makuta enslave the Rahi again and rebuild the manas for even more nasty suprises for the Toa Nuva?

That's not what I meant. I mean, when they tested their new powers, the entire team came apart at the seams. Think of what the power of all the Kanohi Nuva rolled into one mask would do.

Like many have said, there was no time for mask finding in the Kal saga, but should be some time in the Rahkshi Saga.

So you're asking why they need to find all the Kanohi Nuva, when they can each share their powers?

Simple - What if Pohatu is knocked into a river, and Gali isn't there to share the power of the Kaukau?

Basically, it's just in case they have to confront something alone.

I think Makuta's got bored with Rahi, but he could make manas nuva.

No, the Kanohi Nuva weren't found during the Kal saga; maybe some, but not all. I think that they find some just before the Rahkshi come around, but more will almost definately be found during the MoL movie.

That is a really good point.

LL is right. The entire Bohrak-kal comics where about a race to stop the Bohrak-kal. They didn't have time to look for the Nuva maskes.

Yeah, it was a race against time, but I wonder why Onua Nuva said that than?

It would make the movie rather interesting if they found and used different Nuva masks in it. I wonder if they will.......
