Yep.
The Rahkshi are Makuta's sons. Mata-Nui is Makuta's brother. Thus, Mata-Nui is the Rahkshi's uncle, as my crazy sister has just exclaimed. (Nut-head that she is.) The Toa Nuva aren't in this family tie.

Remember the Greek gods Zeus and Hades? They were brothers. That's probably where Lego got the thing for Mata-Nui and Makuta.

Anyway,it isn't proven that the Toa don't have any family realtions to Makuta and Mata-Nui.
They could be Mata-Nui's sons(and daughter) and don't even know it.
That makes the Rahkshi the Toa's cousins.
Wonder if Makuta and Mata-Nui have a sister,with a female army.
