Losers?!?! They are not. They have an electo rocket! But if you are referring to their defeat in Comic #11, I would like to see you stand up to electricty, sonic waves, and Plasma. It will be interesting to have a single topic about the Exo-Toa. But don't you need permission first??? I heard we will find out about their orgin in 2004.
