Thats not a cord its the out-line of either a rock or tunnel.
There is no cord. It's a rock. The image is Makuta's eyes.
That is just the curve of the structure of the cave, not a cord.

wow how can you mistake a 2-d image for a cord???? 
that is no cord. it is the side or indent of the rock formation.
