Well I think that if the rahkshi are makuta`s sons and makuta`s mata -nui`s brother then if the toa just if the toa were mata nui`s sons that would make them the rahkshi`s cousins am I not right

You know, that is pretty true, but as you saw with Makuta and Mata-Nui, even brothers turn against eachother! If they were, they probably aren't so peaceful cousins.
Edit: By the way, it's totally possible, but are the Toa Mata Nui's sons?

Actually, the Toa aren't M.N.'s sons, as much as the Matoran/Turaga are. But that is true, cousins they'd be. Play me some fiddle, boy!

Err...
The one flaw I see in this is that the Toa are the embodiment of Great Beings, just less powerful individually than Makuta and Mata-Nui.

The Toa/Nuva are the 'Great Sprits' in a body sent to 'free' Mata Nui from his slumber.
