I am thinking, what if Takanuva is the spirit of Mata-Nui, embodied in Toa form?

if he was it would ruin bionicle

Greg Fareshety, I think, has been said that Takanuva is not Mata Nui. He is another Toa/great being whom has a spiritual connection to M.N.

I'm going to write an epic sometime about the six first Toa to be created(not the ones that the story is focussing on right now)and Takanuva is one of them.Even if that's not right,Takanuva is just another Toa,not Mata Nui.

Takanuva is not mata nui. Alredy said. But I do think he has a connection to matanui like the toa, but a stronger one.

Takanuva isn't Mata Nui.

Alright, First of all, if Takanuva was Mata Nui, then Mata Nui is arisen, so why are the Toa here still, because their mission was to awaken Mata Nui?

Also, the Big G (GregF ) said that he isn't so that makes it final. It's like we need a big notice in the S&T fourm that says "Don't make any theories on Takanuva being Mata Nui"....

But what if Takanuva is ment to find Mata Nui.......He would then save the island, bringing peace to the island leaving no more bad stuff to attack Mata Nui so bionicle will be over......... Whoa, calm down, my friend. There is another 5 years planned for Bionicle. The movie is not the end. But anyway, I think that the only info GregF gave us on the identity of the ToL was that he is not Gali or Mata-Nui.

Agreed, also, Takanuva's destiny is to destroy Makuta, not find Mata Nui, that's the Toa's. So you don't have much to worry about.
