"Though he is fast and strong enough to down any foe, Kurahk prefers to make his opponents turn against each other. His Staff of Power fire rings of anger, which can cause his target to become consumed by rage. Even the Toa Nuva are not immune to his power, which magnifies any difference of opinion into an all-out physical conflict."

My Theory is that Kurahk will use the power of his staff when Kopaka Nuva and Tahu Nuva have a different opinion on something, which they usually do, and the power of Rage will consume them both, making a major fight. Or, Kurahk could use it on the other Toa, or, he could sneak into a Turaga Council and create mass war among the villages, which will distract everyone's attention away, and Makuta and the Rahkshi could find the Toa of Light much easier. One staff could change the fate of Mata-Nui, depends on how Kurahk uses it.

Although this is possible, it is highly unlikely, because the Kuhrahk has to be in the same area, and the effects will surely wear off if he is not in the same proximity. If he is about 5 bios away, I doubt that it will work at all.

Yes, I find the power of anger and rage to be very powerful weapons of destruction. The effects would have to be short-term, or that there an effective tactic to counter it as it would be incredibly powerful, perhpas even making kuhrak invincable.

As we all know the toa's power is limited, as in how much power they can generate, and how long they can be used for, thus making the toa still with weaknessess, so they are not to powerful. The rahkshi also must have limitations on their powers as well or they too would be too powerful.
