Ok I was thinking about where the Toa came from. I know they washed up on the shore of Mata Nui but how where they created? I mean someone had to make them right? So what if Mata Nui made them . Then that would make Maukuta thier uncle and the raskshi there cousins! Please post Coments

I think they were just created, not born by Mata-Nui.

He could be a father like figure on levels
1) He created the Matoran, and most likely the Toa
2) He seems to guide the whole populus as a pleasant figure.

But he is not a biological father unless he is male and the Toa share the same genes as he.

I don't think he really birthed them, so to speak, but chances are he created them, thus in a way making them his children. And, in a way, making the Rahkshi thier cousins

Well the rahkshi are kind of like evil toa and makuta is their father, so mata-nui who the toa love and respect, i don't see how he can't be a father figure to the toa!

but he really could be the father of them, but i think he just created them for one part, like enhanced them a bit, but for the other part they already excisted

I guess you could call Mata Nui the "Father" of the Toa. But they weren't actualy "born". If I remember correctly, in the MNOG, either Gali or Nokoma (sp?) said that the sea bore them. But they still have no actual mother, so Mata Nui in reality (even though this is fiction) he could not be their actual father.

Well he created them so yes, For example:
YYou built a robot, even though you are not really his parent, you are his father, because you brought him to life, withought you he wouldn't exist

Though the soul of the toa may have been made by mata nui the body was not.

i think they were just created out of nothing.
