I know what you mean man, in some ways i prefer the Olda over the Nuva and in some ways i don't.

No way. The Nuva are so much better than the Olda. The Kanohi look more organic too! Lewa has blades now and all the transportation modes are awesome. Especially Tahu's lava surfboard. Pohatu is much better too and Kopaka's shield doesn't have holes in it! Sorry but I just love the Nuva a whole lot more than the olda.

BTW wrong forum. And this would probably do better as a poll.

I agree with you, my friend. The powers are better, the masks are NOT. Fogive me, but when you stand them up, it looks like they are going to fall on their face," I will fight you n- whoa, whoa, AHHHHHH" THUNK! "Parden me while I surgically remove my face from the ground ." Don't get me wrong, powers & wepons 2 thums up. But masks are a bit much.

I disagree.The Nuva are much cooler as the masks look organic,the armor,the colored hip joints,the silver parts,the armor and the transportation!I mean the Nuva beat the Olda any day!Their only disadvantage is the symbols.

i miss the toa olda also, but i really like the nuva and they will always be my favorites!

I agree with phohatu, the toa looked a whole lot cooller

there mutiple elements the olda had that I liked as well

I like them both about equally, although I'm not that fond of the Pakari Nuva in profile view. And as far as Kopaka Nuva goes, the fact that the shield has no holes - Good. The fact that the shield arm has less articulation - Bad.

You are definitely not alone. Have you seen my artwork? All Toa, no Nuva. The Toa were not simpler, they were better. I really miss the old Toa, which I think are a lot better than the Toa Nuva. Okay I'll tell you my first notions of the Nuva: Tahu-so bulky! How can he move with the armor? His mask looks like a buffalo head!And the legendary Fire Sword is no more. Toa Tahu looks better with the Nuva armor, his old mask, and sword. Onua-looks like some African mask. Man those chainsaws are LONG.And his signature claws are Gone! you can't really dig with chainsaws. How can he use them? His armor is way to bulky for a hunchback. Lewa-I like how his mask is shaped like a leaf, but it still looks wacky. His Axe is gone! That's too much. Machetes or no, the axe wre better. Pohatu- Yeah, the claws are cool, and he kept his fancy footgear, but the mask STINKS! looks like the gremlin from loonytoons. His eye holes are the worst design and his mask 'wings' really obviously didn't work out. I seriously think they should redesign it, though they can't undo every place it was shown. Kopaka- pretty good actually, but his old mask still looks better. Gali-She was actually an improvement in looks to tell you the truth. Her battle axes and propellers really beat the hooks by a long shot, but the old Gali still looked good.

Though these are my opinions, I accept the Toa Nuva, and try to look on the bright side. There's no going back unless it is soon after, but I wish the Toa went back to olda when their symbols were taken. It would work! They'd become the Toa Nuva, and it all seems weird, but after the symbols are stolen, they become themselves again. They're back! That really would have worked.

I like how Kopaka looks as Nuva, but his shield on that arm just doesn't work out. The fact that it doesn't have holes doesn't matter much, because they don't have bullets or lasers. He'd more likely use it to block a Kane-Ra's head.
Pohatu I definitely liked better as Nuva (Woohoo Kodan claws!), except the mask (but that goes for all of them).
Gali was better in pretty much every way as olda. i mean, her mask was easily the coolest.
Tahu... I think he's better as Nuva, and his mask isn't too bad.
Onua's claws were quite a loss, though those drill-skis are pretty cool.
Lewa gained some, and lost some, too. I don't miss his axe too much (unlike most), but his mask made him more Jungle-like as olda.

There's my 2 cents. Or more like 5 bucks.

Man I totally disagree. The Toa Nuva look WAY better than the olda form. They look more warrior like. More heroish. The masks look cooler too. It makes them look more fierce, like Toa are supposed to look like. I mean look at Lewa. He couldn't "Glide" as an olda but in nuva form he can actually FLY! Is that not the best or what? And Kopaka's swords turn into Ice Skates. I totally like the Toa Nuva WAY better than the Olda

Olda are more fun to play with together, but not apart. So everyone who has them all is saying they like

The Toa Nuva are cooler but I miss how the Old Toa have weapons that are of their color.
