Do any of you think matanui will ever wake up if so than say whare he might end up waking up???

He will wake up, no one in bionicle just sleeps through the whole story.

It would be kind of cool if mata nui would wake up and be in a toa form.

Yeah I agree at some point he will wake up. It could be in a few months a few years or at the end of the serires. The fun is no one knows WHEN he will wake up.

I think Mata-Nui wakes up in the 8th book. At the end.

I know Mata Nui will wake up...Maybe tomrow...Maybe at the End...Just because Mata Nui has waken doesnt mean the Story will be over...Remember Makuta put him to Sleep...Well thats what the Wall of History says...That doesnt mean that there wont be newer Enemys.

He is probably going to wake up at the end of Bionicle and that is if there is ever going to be an end of Bionicle!

He IS going to wake up. At the end of Bionicle. And Bionicle is planificated at least until 2010.

Well, if Mata-Nui wakes up, most things will change. There's no more legend about Mata-Nui, the Toas will be out of job and there'll be fewer evil stuffs going on.

I hope not, then there would be no point in bionicle, it would be like, The great beings fight and mata-nui wins, end of bionicle

I know, man. Makuta makes the legend exciting. No more Bionicle if he wakes up. But, as I've been trying to say to people, if Makuta is his brother, and Makuta is a living thing, then Mata-Nui has to be a living thing and show up sometime, right?

Wait! I just thought, if Mata-Nui wakes up, he could be very weak, so Makuta stays alive, and another guy comes along to help him, so two major enemies, 8 heroes.

My guess is Mata Nui will wake up at the end of book 7, therefore ending the Bionicle series.

I think that he will wake up shortly after the mask of light movie after all; 2004 will be a flashback

Eventually he will wake up, basically at the end of the bionicle!

I'm thinkin: he will wake up at the end of Mask of Light.

I cant believen it, a whole topic just for aguing wether Mata-Nui will wake up.

If my guess is correct, someone will wander down into the deepest depths of the Mata Nui underground, and find a gigantic computer mainframe sitting in the middle of a giant room, shut off and humming quietly. When they turn it on, Mata Nui will thank them, and the various sub-systems will kick in, preparing for the arrival of others. It's kind of like Orson Scott Card's Memory of Earth series.

That would make a lot of sence. Greg told me that Makuta bars the way to Mata-Nui. Makuta gone Mata-Nui can wake up.
