If the Toa came from the sea, then why do they come out of the sky in the Promo Bionicle disc (the one with Haui snowball sling)???

They fell from the sky and landed in the sea, where they floated for a long, long time before coming to the island.

Well you heard the man fell from the sky and floated to the sea, but I wonder if the cans have airbags and insurance.

Because, the way I figure it, the six Toa were held in orbit in a geostationary satellite, and when things got out of control, the satellite fired each Toa down at a certain point in the ocean near the remaining landmass.

Well, my friends, it seems GregF has put this one away, and I'm inclined to agree. However, I do like the satellite theory and no, I don't think they had insurance or airbags.

The satellite theory sounds like beast wars. After playing Tales of the Tohunga, it seems to me that after collecting the Toa stones and summoning the Toa, they fell from the "heavens" and landed in the sea. Fate and the safety of the sea was what brought them on shore.
