I have a theory: aome toa became the turaga correct, well I think that if toa use to much power at once the protodermic particles start getting destroyed and being replaced with particles from their body thus keeping the shape of the mask but lessening the protodermic power making the great mask become a noble mask. Then a while the toa's body might become a turaga body.
