Before I start, any bohrok fanatics, try not to be too offended. This is just (in my opinion) the cold, hard truth.


The bohrok are chickens.

Think about it. They look like chickens and act like chickens. I even made a stop motion animation project in which they did the chicken dance with the chicken dance song in the background. They were simply LAME! Every other comic that came out that year was raving about how scary the bohrok were. They are just fat chickens. The bohrok saga was the worst phase of Bionicle.

Please post questions, comments, or arguements.

This is Bionicle. An alternate world. There are no such things as chickens. They are controlled extremely easliy, and will obey any command. Does that make them chickens?

If you had a six-foot tall buglike robot looming over you about to shoot its brain at you so you would fall under its control...

No, you wouldn't. Besides, the Matoran were half the size of Bohrok. It makes sense to call them 'scary'.

No, mostly because chickens don't exist in the world of Bionicle. As for the Bohrok saga being lame, I thought it was good, and an interesting change from the Rahi. Remember, this was an especially integral part of Bionicle because it was the first update to the storyline. In other words, the first new "chapter". After the Bohrok saga, it was proven that, theoretically, Bionicle could be expanded upon indefinitely.

Since when do they act like chickens? It has been said that they look like them, but that doesn't make them chickens. Chickens don't exist on Mata-Nui. Just because you made an animation like that doesn't make it true. This topic is very opinionated, and will offend many members. I gotta get Lewagirl78 in here...

Bohrok chickens? I never would have thought that. I would like to see a Po-matoran farmer with a few Bohrok in his field. That would be really funny!
(Oh, my I JUST saw three tv ads with chickens in them! Funny, huh?)

Well I also find them chickenish......Heh sorry...But they were serious villians dispite their pultry resemblence. They blew up a quarter of a Mata nui statue in one hit in the episodes, were striking amazingly fast, were kinda scary in the rahi episodes (with them being in the dark) and could roll some could dig and even spray acid. I think they are cool but do find them kinda chickeny. Although its just the pecking I think they waddle so they don't walk like them.



But they weren't as scary as the rahi as the rahi were Triple or more the size of a matoran but in numbers they were even more deadly than Rahi ever were.

I agree 700% with Takanuva7! They don't act chickenish! No offense, but WHO CARES ABOUT YOUR ANIMATION PROJECT? What does it prove? Absolutley NOTHING!! Plus, they are more beetle-like then chicken-like. Giant flesh-eating beetles from South American Rainforests-like! And-

I agree with Guurahk! How many times has it appeared on Bionicle.com, etc. that the Bohrok are INSECTILE, not once have I heard it said they are CHIKENISH?!? (Except maybe some of the message boards, but those don't count!) I'll answer you: Many times that they are insectile, 0 times that they are chicken-like!

I don't see it... They don't hatch from eggs.. chickens are in a flock bohrok were in a swarm. since when did chickens have a dormant state? Since when do chickens roll up into a ball. I never heard a Bohrok CLUCK. I just dont' see it. CHickens don't have fans or claws.

It only seemed like they acted like chickens because they just got out of the Toas' path. I don't see the resemblance between a chicken and a bohrok though............. So if the Bohrok are chickens, does that make the Bohrok-Kal chickens? Yes, it does. But the Bohrok-Kal aren't chickens are they? No, the when the bohrok-kal came it was reckoning time for the Toa. The bohrok-kal put them out of comission pretty well...........

Plus chickens don't have controll over elements and other types of powers.
Anyway I've never seen the Bohrok as "lame" or as "chickens".

When I did got my bohrok kal when I was in Finland my sister played whit them and put them in poses.
She did make them pose like chickens!
It´s many who thinks the bohroks are chickens.
Maybe they look like chickens but you can´t say they are chickens.

This is just ... silly.

When is the last time you saw a swarm of "chickens" freezing lava fields or tearing down mountains? Somehow, if they swept through your town levelling all in their path, I don't think you would be laughing...
