In todays news story about the new matoran of Metru Nui it gives descriptions of the new matoran. In Nuhrii story it says that he is a mask maker and makes the ultimate kanohi. Could he be the creator of the vahi and friend of Vakama.

I wouldn't think he's the creator of the Vahi, with all his jealousy and pride and stuff. I'd think a safer bet would be to say that he probably made the Kraakhan.
