| Description: |
Lewa is supremely competent with aerial activities. He glides through the air with ease while jumping from tree to tree. His axe effortlessly slices through trees and vines as he climbs through his jungle around Kanae Bay. Lewa prefers to inhabit the treetops because he is somewhat clumsy on land and flat surfaces.
Lewa is quick to jump to conclusions--and he's the first to get into trouble. But his instincts are often true, and his hunches frequently turn out to be correct. If there's a fight, he's always the first to jump in, protecting others before himself. |

| Notes |
After being summoned by Takua, Lewa arrived on Mata Nui with little memory of his past life. After he met the other Toa Mata, they proceeded to collect the Great Masks scattered around the island. Once they had accomplished this, Lewa, Gali, and Kopaka merged into Wairuha, the Toa Kaita of Wisdom to face the Makuta. After they defeated him, he unleashed the Bohrok swarms onto the island. Lewa and the others were then forced to collect every breed of Krana to unlock the Exo-Toa, so that they could face the Bahrag queens. After defeating and imprisoning them, Lewa and the other Toa were plunged into energized protodermis and transformed into Toa Nuva.
Lewa is rash and bold, always diving into danger without considering the consequences. This behaviour, although highly useful in battle, tended to get Lewa into a lot of trouble. Lewa normally wears the Kanohi Miru, the Great Mask of Levitation. |
