Kualus is considered strange even by Rahaga standards, often spending his time talking to flying Rahi in a language composed of clicks and whistles. Rahaga Kualus is fiercely protective of all flying Rahi. He uses his staff to summon flying creatures or warn them of danger by blowing through it and playing it like a flute. His Rhotuka boomerang spinner can attach to an airborne creature and bring it back to the waiting claws of Kualus.
After saying goodbye to the Toa Metru as they made their journey to Mata Nui with all the sleeping Matoran, Kualus, the other Rahaga, and Keetongu helped Turaga Dume to rebuild parts of Metru Nui and then left to free other islands that had fallen victim to the Visorak hordes. Later, Kualus, along with the other Rahaga, were turned back into Toa by Roodaka. |
