In the time before time, Metru Nui, city of legends, faces danger unlike any it has known before. The Toa Metru set out to find the Great Disks in order to stop the Morbuzakh vines and enlisted Nuhrii to help them. When the Toa Metru returned to Metru Nui to rescue the rest of the Matoran, they discovered that Lhikan had originally wanted to make Nurhii and the others Toa instead of them. The Karzahni plant later revealed that Mata Nui had tricked Makuta into telepathically telling Lhikan to select Vakama and the others-- the Matoran that Mata Nui knew would be the best Toa.
After being rescued and taken to Mata Nui, Nuhrii would serve in the Ta-Koro Guard with honor.
