LEGO Reminds Us Why We Love Them

Against his dad's advice, he brought his favorite minifigures to the store with him, where one was inevitably lost. In a last-ditch effort, he wrote to LEGO describing his plight, upon which the helpful (and creative) rep secured permission from Sensei Wu to send Luka a (unique) replacement figure.
