So some of you might know of an upcoming COTRPG called Transformers: Alignment. It recently got its final vote of approval from the judges, so it won't be long before it's rolling. Anyone joining in on it, other than myself, Basilisk, Krayzikk, and Doctor Wotz?
*preordered Living Things on iTunes months ago* *got an email saying it was available and to check for downloads* *eagerly does so on iTunes* *gets nothing* *repeats multiple times* *still nothing* ಠ_ಠ
I got back from my grad night party about .... three-ish hours ago? XD Still tired despite catnapping in certain parts of it. Might get a few more winks before I do anything productive today. Definately a lot of fun, though I still would've liked to have kept my internal clock intact by the end of it. =P Anyway, my high school years are officially over; might throw up a picture my mom took of me after commencement. (Which, incidentally, had a med-evac helicopter land nearby during the last h
Monday: Finals (+ Senior Awards) Tuesday: Finals Wednesday: last day of school for Seniors Thursday: Senior breakfast, graduation, graduation party Friday: go out to dinner with fam Saturday: family dinner part 2 Not mentioned: the probable sleeping-in I'll preform for most of Friday; grad night goes until the morning and we're not allowed to leave until it's over. xD I can't wait.
Assuming you have wi-fi in that trunk of yours (or were let out), I've got news for you. Your commission is cast and nearly ready to be shipped. =P Still needs a little cleaning work, but I like how it came out. Also, it's friggen huge on my finger. Hope you like it; it's practically the only thing that went the way it was supposed to this week.
I'm in. ^^ Just posted my Day 1 entry, In the Swirling Vapors. Not sure if I'll do any of the CoT themes, but I'll definately give the Bionicle ones a shot. =)
... or, the other Transformers belt buckle I've recently finished. xD It looks a little different from the Decepticon one because I used a different method to carve the wax (the Dcon one was carved by handtools, while this one was carved using a machine), but I like how this one came out. (Not for sale, btw.)
I did stuff. Pestered Mark about the second buckle, a Hau I'm casting (which I might sell at BCon, assuming I get down there this year), and various other things Played Borderlands with one of my real-life friends Finished the final section of my senior project and started pulling together my notebook Got a package from Watashi Wa in the mail (TransNeon Miru ^^) Worked on a commission from Swert Got hit by end-of-the-year stuff like a ton of bricks Just six more weeks until I graduate ...
It's called "Living Things"; it's coming out June 26th, and it's a return to the style they had in Hybrid Theory and Meteora. I'm happy. ^^ *continues listening to "Burn It Down" (the song they have available from the album on iTunes)*
(aka: DeeVee's finished commission xD) A pair of '01 Kakamas, cast in yellow bronze (once again Mark decided to ignore my instructions for white bronze >_>), held in my hand to better show their shininess. Expect these arriving in your mailbox soon, DV. (title reference: Here)
Behold, what I've been working on since January. It's not as shiny as it actually is, since the lighting in my kitchen is lousy, and there was a lot of black petina on the metal that I couldn't completely get rid of. I'll probably keep the black, since it makes it look more sinister. Btw, the gash on the bottom right side was unintentional: when I was cutting it away the bottom sprews, I let another student take over for me when I went to rest my hands, and when I came back he had cut into i
My Borderlands topic didn't crash and burn the moment I hit the 'post' button. Unfortunately I have to go back to school on Monday; spring break's almost over. Sigh. ... only thirteen ten more weeks until graduation. =D
Stupid internet, trying to keep me from watching it. Couldn't stop me forever. I am now psyched for September and have a reason to beat the original game. Dibs on Maya. *watches trailer for the umpteenth time*
I need that game. Now. And for the proper system; I mean, I was playing on my friend's PS3, instead of a 360. If I abruptly vanish without warning in the next few months, you know why.
1 down, 299 more to go. There's a loop on his back that you can't see in this pic, where I'm planning to put a chain/leather string and wear him as a necklace; I'll link a picture once I do so. *prepares for imminent Halo fans wanting to buy it* (I'm considering selling him, though I haven't decided just yet. I'll let you know if I do sell. )
Kagha: (asdasfgwdadtgsdf dsaf internet derped on me X_X) Akaku: jack: -drums his fingers on the treasure chest in his lap, looking at his compass hoping it will lead him to a good hiding spot- "...i think you should order more rum for the keep." jack says, hardly paying attention to what kagha is actually saying- Inferna: (you didn't miss anything ) Akaku: (XD you didnt miss anything ) Kagha: (phew) Akaku: (D=) Inferna: (hahaha ninja ) Kagha: (also you got ninja'd XD) Inferna:(*double-ninja*) Ak
My package of replacement Kakamas arrived today, and had more than just masks in there. ^^ Total List: 8 different-colored '01 Kakamas (white, mata blue, black, gold, gunmetal, dark brown, Hewkii-brown, and teal) Nuva-symbol stickers Original March 2004 Bionicle comic (In the Grip of the Morbuzahk) Whoever sent these to me can consider himself on my list of awesome people. ^^
*Mom's birthday is Sunday* *decides to make a homemade chocolate cake* *can't find the recipe* *ransacks the recipe shelf looking for it* *realizes its the front page of one of Dad's recipe binders* *facepalms* So yeah, I feel kinda stupid now. Might post pictures of resulting cake once I make it.
Decepticon Symbol Belt Buckle: awaiting casting Autobot Symbol Belt Buckle: in early creation stages DeeVee's commission: ... not too great. Apparently when I emphasized to Mark that I wanted the Kakamas to be in white bronze as opposed to regular yellow bronze (last time that resulted in Zarayna's Matatu being in the wrong metal), he took that as an indication that I wanted it in a special metal, and attempted using copper on it. To put it bluntly, it didn't cast right at all, so I don'
